Good location, good service, cozy small room. However the roof leaked when it rained.

Good for solo or Travelling with friends value for money place though I booked a double bed room according to me it was not double room but no complaints as service was good and hotel staff is very friendly. Recommend 👍

They are ok!

Wi-Fi is normal. The rooms are clean. Access is not bad. Air conditioning and amenities are provided. There were unannounced power outages about three times a day.

The location is good, about 5 minutes from Kumkapi station. More than 10 minutes from Yanikapi hub station. Stayed for 5 days, one of which was not cleaned. The door needs to be locked, otherwise it can be opened directly. No soundproofing! The crying children can be heard clearly in the next room. The floor is also loose. There are many food nearby, and there is a very good gift shop. More than RMB 200 per night, the most expensive in China is probably 70-80. The two men at the front desk are quite friendly, and helped me take the suitcase upstairs on the day of check-in. The refrigerator is good. There are no cups. It is not a big bed but two single beds put together. There are two windows, one of which cannot be locked. The air conditioner is powerful. I slept well. It is very cheap here.

Everything about it is perfect. First of all, the owner was very friendly and showed us several room options and let us choose. We had a wonderful time in a room with a beautiful view. Also, on the first day, he used a guide map to easily explain the recommended places and locations in detail, so we could enjoy our trip without worry.

Because a room was available, they moved us to the top floor. The staff were all very nice and gave us information about tourist spots and subway stations, and we had a great time thanks to the excellent hospitality and service.

Very kind and helpful, it's nice. Cleanliness-wise, just the shower needs to be reviewed, as well as under the bed, there's a lot of dust, but overall it's okay. The cleaning lady comes by every day to clean but just forgets to go under the bed. And I'm allergic to dust and mites... Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

Ramazan, Ayhan and Serkan at the reception were very helpful during our stay. The cleaning was good, the sheets were clean, the rooms were clean and tidy.

The hotel is very central, you can walk everywhere even to Taksim Square if you want; considering the modest price of this hotel I would say it is good. Ramazan is really very kind, he explains everything you need to know to spend a pleasant and adventure-filled holiday. If I were to return to Istanbul I would definitely return to the same hotel.
