The room was super clean, with fresh sheets and towels every day. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Best of all, the location was perfect—close to shops, taxim square, restaurants, and transport. Would definitely stay again!

We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff for their customer-oriented approach! The hotel is small and cozy, and we were given a room upstairs with a wonderful view. All our questions were answered, and we were allowed to leave our belongings in the lobby. The location is very convenient! Thank you!

Service: the staff here are friendly and helpful. We would like to thank Moath especially. He volunteered to help us get to the shuttle bus station and carry our luggage. He is so nice and kind👍🏻 Location：the location of the hotel is very convenient, which is near the Taksim Tunel station. Room: A little bit small but very clean.

Honestly, the most perfect hotel in aspect for families, the facilities is outstanding and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and super understanding. Had the most wonderful experience with this hotel, definitely worth staying over, would 100% recommend, nearby to all tourists places, and the rooms are in excellent condition, feels like an 4/5 star hotel. Thank you so much for having us. Definitely will return for another Istanbul trip back to this hotel!

Excellent hotel ideal for a night or two a few minutes walk from Taxim square and everything else you need. The rooms are a little small but very clean. Very friendly English speaking lady at reception very helpful and ready with information to make your stay pleasant. Hotel comes with my recommendation.

The place is not a hotel but a motel, it is not 4 stars but 2 stars. The photos are very different with what you see. The place gives you the feel of a cheap place and not a four star hotel. The floor was dirty, lots of long hairs everywhere. The staff were friendly but they hardly could speak any English except for one. I asked for a wake up call and they forgot.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the hotel is new, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Very wonderful hotel, we stayed here for two days and have a very great experience in this hotel. The room is clean and well decorated. I love it I will go back here whenever I arrive in Istanbul.

Very nice location. New hotel but the room was changed after I discovered that's Tv screen is broken. So I gut smaller room. But in general it's new furniture and beautiful colours. Very helpful staff
