Extremely impressed by this brand new hotel within walking distance to everything in Istanbul old town. The design is modern and luxurious, but warm and inviting. The service is impeccable, they brought a lot of small treats and drinks which was refreshing after a long trip. This is a weird comment, but they had the best electrical wiring of any hotel room I’ve been in - all the light switches were extremely convenient and intuitive which for some reason never seems to be the case even in 5 star hotels. They had outlets compatible with sockets for Turkish and American sockets as well as multiple USB and USB-C outlets. We were able to charge 4 cell phones and 2 power banks. This ended up saving us on our trip as we could only charge one device at a time at all other hotels in Turkey.

There are welcome refreshments. The reception staff is very nice. The location is quiet in a busy area. You can't hear any noise from outside when you sleep at night. It is within walking distance to the core scenic area and the pier. You can also take T1, which is very convenient. The room is very spacious and you can open all the big boxes. The lighting in the room is also very comfortable and the brightness is just right. The water in the shower heats up quickly, but the shower head is a bit loose and needs repair.

Very good, the environment, location, service, breakfast and bedding are all very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Istanbul. It is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in in Istanbul.

The front desk service is very good, the room is very clean and new, and it is cleaned very well every day. Although it is in the old city, it is quiet at night and has good sound insulation. It is very convenient to go to various attractions, which is very suitable for people who are traveling to Istanbul for the first time.

Arrived at 8:40 Stayed for 8 days. First of all, the hotel has no other services except the smiling service at the front desk. The room cleaning needs to be communicated by yourself at the front desk every day before someone cleans it. A needle was found in the carpet on the second day of check-in, as shown in the picture. The bed sheet is written to be changed every 3 days, but it has not been changed in the 8 days since check-in. In addition, remind friends who sleep late, the housekeeper will come to ask if you need to wash clothes at 8 o'clock in the morning. On the last day, the housekeeper took away the bath towels and did not replace them with new ones. The experience was too bad and I will not choose it again!

The hotel is super nice and the staff are very welcoming. I forgot to take pictures of the room and only took a video. I took a few pictures of myself in the video and posted them here. The breakfast was very exquisite. Thank you for the hospitality. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Overall, the hotel is very good, especially the location is very convenient, close to the spice market, the beach, the bus station, and there are many food nearby. Our room is on the second floor, and we can see a good view of the street market, but the glass is very soundproof and not noisy at all. The area that needs improvement is that the room was not cleaned one day. We asked for cleaning at 7 pm, but the waiter opened the door without knocking and came in (another time we were in the room and asked for a pair of slippers, and then I took the child to take a bath, and my husband took a light nap on the bed. Later, I found that the slippers were already on the table in the room at some point. The waiter didn't seem to knock on the door, so we must lock the door). We asked him to come back after 7 o'clock, but he went out and came back after 9 o'clock and it was not cleaned yet.

This is a newly renovated hotel. The front desk reception service is very good. On the way to the room, I was introduced to the history of the hotel. The room was very clean. The location is very good. Many attractions can be reached on foot. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Istanbul.

The service of this newly opened hotel is very good. While I was waiting to check in, I was even taken to visit the nearby attractions, introduced various places to visit, and provided meals and drinks. It is highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very enthusiastic and gave me a free room upgrade and early check-in. The hotel is new and the room is big! The location is great and you can walk to all the attractions around the old town! Highly recommended🙌

The hotel is very new and comfortable, but the transportation is not very convenient because of the restricted traffic section. It is troublesome to call a taxi every time. However, the facilities and environment are quite good. The room is a larger room. However, the two rooms are the same room type, but the actual size is not the same. There is also the sound of renovation in the morning. Everything else is OK. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient.
