Замечательный отель с чутким персоналом, поддерживающим высокий уровень отеля. Оставались в коттедже, все было отлично. Если будете ужинать в ресторане на терриртории, закажите баранью ребрышки в вишневом соусе, не пожалеете. Рекомендую к посещению историческую деревеньку Басгал недалеко от отеля (5 мин. на авто).

Отель был очень красивый . Завтрак был на высоком уровне бассейн сауна была очень чистая приятная персонал. Номер был чистый. Свежий воздух. Отель предоставлял велосипед . есть несколько ресторанов есть европейская и мясная кухня 👌👌👌👌

The service was terrible, I do not recommend it at all. In the restaurant, the service was very bad; they brought our order very late and were not attentive. At the hotel, they held a game for the bank employees for entertainment purposes. Because of their arrival, the service and quality got worse. All the staff were only serving them, even though we paid 900 manat to stay there. Despite asking for an extra blanket from housekeeping, they brought it without sheets. We stayed at the hotel for one night in a superior room, which was spacious and comfortable. The reception and dining room staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner and were particularly grateful for the attention paid to my wife's food allergy. Breakfast was also very good. Overall, we had a very positive and enjoyable experience at the Basgal Resort and Spa.

Large rooms, great mountain views, fairly good transport accessibility, great khash for breakfast, excellent children's area and walking area in the forest, panoramic views from the restaurant, nice spa area but not enough staff there

El servicio al cliente de esta empresa es excepcional. ...Este hotel superó mis expectativas. ... Este producto realmente ha simplificado mi vida.Una experiencia única. Otros puntos que destaco es la tarta de manzana que estaba deliciosa, la seguridad, la piscina, y la vista. Así que lo recomiendo sin lugar a duda
