Food & Crew need to improve a lot
Our stay was not as per expectation…the staff were untrained & unprofessional. Location is spectacular, food is horrible!

I would like to share my experience with you about one of the great friendly team worker in this place! I stayed there for the first time in Ismailia and my first experience been in tolip, I enjoyed the super clean room with sea view, sunny beach and nice pool, super friendly staff at reception thank you for all there help during my stay, food in restaurant was delicious, staff are helpful, I will definitely come back next time with my family soon. Thank you to everyone there. 😊❤️

We had very high expectations owing to the layout and the interiors of the hotel. Infact, the hotel is luxurious, surrounded by beautiful greenery and offering an excellent view. However, the staff is unprofessional, the service is below average, the Wi-Fi is poor, and the food lacks variety.

Terrible terrible hotel. Terrible services and hospitality. Zero awareness of how to speak and deal with guests. Terrible food and extremely unorganised and slow service. Extremely unclean bathrooms. Such a shame for such good view. 0/10

Good rooms , fantastic location, friendly staff but not professional ( Delay in preparing orders and they not organised ) kids area in garden need more enhancement ( more activities ) should appoint supervisor lifeguard on the pool team is very professional, but no lifeguard on the beach !! F&B average and need more enhancement

not preferred at all , staff is so un welcoming, food is a disaster, restaurant is late than his time , food is not clean , the restaurant is sooooooooooo bad always bad 12 times to complain about the restaurant and still very bad and always late set menu is bad and not collective for a meal , open buffet is late an hour to open
