Exactly the getaway we needed. Such a beautiful quiet property to unwind and enjoy a long weekend. The rooms were modern and comfortable..The staff was amazing and attentive, even sending me my left behind items. Will definitely be back

An absolutely beautiful place! Everything about this place is just wonderful. Pristinely clean, soft towels, comfy bed, beautiful toiletries. We got upgraded to a lovely beachfront bungalow, the views were stunning, lie in bed and watch the sunrise! Pool area lovely, free Kayaks and bicycles to explore on. Will definitely return.

We’ve been to the keys every year since our honeymoon and stayed at multiple places…Pines and Palms is now our favorite! Extremely quiet and relaxed compared to the corporate owned “big box” resorts. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Beautifully remodeled bungalow (we stayed in unit 3) . We will 100% be returning next year.

Just checked out today after staying three nights. I loved this place so much! I would have loved to stay longer. The resort is small and the staff are so friendly. The rooms are all remodeled and updated. Spotless and clean. We stayed in room 17 and it was a second floor unit. The water and steps are just a short walk from the room. The beach is typical in the keys not the best to get in and swim as I knew that before going and I don’t get in the water and it was fine. The views are amazing. The bartender at the pool was very nice and I enjoyed my drink. I also went to the coffee truck Paris coffee gone Coastal set up at the resort and had a smoothie and an iced coffee. It was delicious. If you’re looking for a small laid back resort in the keys this is for you. If your looking for a party scene it isn’t and that is exactly what I loved about it.

We had an amazing stay at Pines and Palms. The property is stunning, with lush palms and beautifully maintained grounds that make you feel like you're in a tropical oasis. Everything was spotless, very clean and well-kept throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The amenities were a huge plus, from relaxing outdoor spaces to great extras like Paddle boarding, and Coffee Truck and Food Truck, that made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s also very peaceful here, perfect for a quiet getaway to relax and recharge. Whether you're lounging in a hammock under the palms or enjoying the sun by the ocean or pool, this place is everything you want in a Florida Keys escape. Highly recommended!

We had a last minute booking request and arrived after 8pm. Late check in was extremely easy, the room was beautiful, (photos are not all updated online yet) clean and an excellent location. The grounds are kept clean and staff was wonderful. We would definitely come back again. Free Bikes were a nice bonus too! Also loved the coffee shop and boutique next door.

Incredible stay at this recently, remodeled villa. The entire staff from the front office to housekeeping were absolutely amazing. Our boys enjoyed the free amenities of paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, and fishing. This was our first time to visit and we will be back next year!

This was the absolute best experience that we've had with a hotel in the Keys. Everything was just above and beyond our expectations. Firstly, the staff are just so helpful and kind. The cottages and rooms are absolutely clean and meticulously maintained, with very nice designs as well. I love that the kitchen was very functional, and the rooms have a really nice size. Beds are so comfortable. The feeling of each space is breathtaking. My son was so impressed himself, he asked if we could move in permanently :) We enjoyed the free kayaking, sitting on the beach, and relaxing in the hammock. This is a new favorite spot!
