We had a last minute booking request and arrived after 8pm. Late check in was extremely easy, the room was beautiful, (photos are not all updated online yet) clean and an excellent location. The grounds are kept clean and staff was wonderful. We would definitely come back again. Free Bikes were a nice bonus too! Also loved the coffee shop and boutique next door.

Incredible stay at this recently, remodeled villa. The entire staff from the front office to housekeeping were absolutely amazing. Our boys enjoyed the free amenities of paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, and fishing. This was our first time to visit and we will be back next year!

This was the absolute best experience that we've had with a hotel in the Keys. Everything was just above and beyond our expectations. Firstly, the staff are just so helpful and kind. The cottages and rooms are absolutely clean and meticulously maintained, with very nice designs as well. I love that the kitchen was very functional, and the rooms have a really nice size. Beds are so comfortable. The feeling of each space is breathtaking. My son was so impressed himself, he asked if we could move in permanently :) We enjoyed the free kayaking, sitting on the beach, and relaxing in the hammock. This is a new favorite spot!

Last minute we were able to come down to Islamorada for the day and I saw there were rooms available! The resort is so quaint, clean & has everything you need! I would recommend bringing a plug in charger as there are no USB ports anywhere. And one other small issue, no where to hang clothing. Will totally go back next chance I get!

We’ve been vacationing at Pines and Palms for ten years with our three children. We’ve loved it since day 1. We were worried that the new renovations would change the vibe and take away from what we love, but we were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful everything looks. This little slice of heaven keeps bringing us back every single year. It’s a perfect place to unwind, relax, and spend time together as a family.

Great resort. So incredibly beautiful, the grounds were so gorgeous and well maintained, great vibe! Rooms are gorgeous and well equipped, bed was so comfortable. Staff were all so friendly, we will be back! Loved the beautiful pool area and bar too!

Pines and Palms provided us with one of the best family vacations we ever had! The grounds were impeccable and so were the accommodations. It is a low key resort that is perfect for quality family time. The complimentary paddle boards and kayaks help you make great use of the ocean front.

Beautiful property close to several restaurants and bars. The property provided bikes, kayaks and paddleboards which is a big Plus. The pool is very nice. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Check in process was fast and convenient. When we arrived, I realized that the room I was assigned was on a second floor. Since my father has mobility issues, the front desk person accommodated us. The room is very clean and modern. The kitchen has all the necessary tools to make a small meal for the family. It was a great little getaway to celebrate my father’s 81st birthday.
