Positives - - Reception staff very helpful. - Easy to get a taxi into town. Negatives - - No air con in the communal areas, restaurant or entertainment areas, meaning in the height of summer, it is very warm and sometimes unbearable in these areas. - Poor cleanliness around the pool areas. We saw a pile of plates left by guests on a wall for over a week, pool side tables not cleaned, straws/paper cups/tissues/cigarette ends left on the floor for days, with the pool side floors just getting hosed down occasionally. In general, very dirty! - Lots of dangerous/broken tiles and broken pool drainage around the pool areas. - No children’s entertainment - Food often lukewarm

Nothing around this hotel to do so need to get taxi to beach or bars,rooms very very run down,carpet sticky and dirty so flip flops on at all times,,walking down stairs to bar on thread bear carpets they so old,our door to room the handle kept falling off,sew cockroaches dead on floor by the not working spa,got an email 1 week before we went to say its under repair,found out its been under repair for 2 years.Well the food is just awful,they just chuck new chips on top of the old,they like warm,see a girl drop the cheese so she just picked it up and put back on tray,just all nasty,like warm,only good thing was warn french stick if you got some,lunch in bar had flys on,if you wanted a nice ice cream or nice coffee had to pay extra for it,even a euro for a cup at bar with un friendly old bar staff.Its also pot luck if the lifts work,got stuck in one then had to walk down 5 lots of stairs.If you want a nice friendly all-inclusive nice hotel I advice you to give this a wide birth,do not waste your hard earned holiday fund on this place.

Bloody awful, ment to be all inclusive but it isn’t, no ice cream whilst buffet is closed unless you want to pay. Have to pay €1 for a cup to have a drink, the food is absolutely disgusting the breakfast cereal is stale as it’s left in jugs, the lunch and buffet is not eatable and they just throw food ontop of the left over food and is served lukewarm. Can’t eat from snack bar as you get given dry rolls with no butter, who has rolls with no butter ? The service is poor, broken glass on balcony. We have to eat out because it’s so bad. Can’t use the heated pool as it’s broken but been broken for two years but don’t tell you that, and as you can see from the replies on here it’s a copy and paste response

Came here with my family daughter and mom and absolutely the best holiday Tyler made this holiday and amazing and emocianal stay at the hotel very interacting made my birthday and my friends daughter birthday round the pool work truly hard everyday to make everyone happy we are coming back it’s been an amazing time and Tyler makes a lot of effort in the hotel and interacts with everyone and makes shore everyone has a blast truly happy with this holiday

My stay at Hotel Beatriz was amazing! The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality at every meal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. But the highlight of my holiday was the animation team, especially Jack. He made every activity fun and full of energy — from pool games to evening shows. Jack’s enthusiasm and humor made everyone feel included. Overall, great food, great rooms, and the best entertainment ever!

I came to costa teguise for tge firt time to the hotel beatriz and actually had a brilliant time with the entertaiment tyler was amazing with the kids adult activity works very hard to make everyone happy very clean very funny and very entertaining his music quizz very well prepared and very funny deffo comming back

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food was also excellent — delicious meals with a good variety of options, and everything was served fresh. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, which made our experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, tasty food, and a comfortable stay. I’ll be happy to come back again!
