Highlight was breakfast. Friendly staff. Friendly red setter! Our room (7) was a bit underwhelming - only one left when we booked so.. no bath.. no sitting area.. view over back ok.. but expensive given basic facilities. No coffee machine! Library interesting but only one comfy chair so couldn’t hang out there. Stairs to upper rooms a bit tricky. But breakfast really was A1.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, beautifully restored, with delightful helpful staff and a perfect location in the gorgeous village of Haria. We had rooms 2 and 5 - 2 was downstairs with a small double and a twin above via a ladder/staircase. 5 was a large double upstairs, with doors onto the terrace. Haria is well worth a visit, with loads of excellent bars and restaurants, and a really good Teleclub, which are found in several locations on Lanzarote, no frills, very popular with locals, superb food.

Wonderful stay
We had a lovely time. All members of the staff are kind, helpful and caring. The building itself is wonderful, probably the best in Lanzarote, especially if you are looking for something authentic and far from the busy touristic places.

We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly and made us most welcome. Lots of character and charm. Lovely comfy beds fluffy towels and wonderful breakfast. The building is a refurbished villa and rooms have been thoughtfully renovated. We would certainly recommend.

This small, boutique hotels is a hidden gem. Far from crowded southern Lanzarote tourist locations - in a small, quiet town of Haria. Located in an old house that was renovated, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. A la carte breakfast with a great choice of breakfast toasts and sandwiches, sweets, yogurt and fresh orange juice. Try dinner served on site - the dishes are big and very delicious. Please note that this is not a resort hence no swimming pool or other big hotel's facilities. There is a free parking on the street and on-site. If there is anything I would change that would be adding two or three sun umbrellas on the roof terrace with some lounge chairs.

Really eclectic experience. Amazing ‘locally’ sourced breakfast & Barbara the lady waiting on us was just wonderful. Currently the restaurant is closed but I expect it is exceptional once open again. We were invited into the kitchen to help ourselves whenever we wanted!

La Casa de los Naranjos is definitely my happy place on the island: with my family I have visited Lanzarote many times but this is definitely our favourite place. The hotel is amazing, laid back atmosphere, wonderful decor in a fully renovated historical building, excellent service. Breakfast is a highlight, everything is homemade and absolutely delicious It is the perfect place to stay and relax but it is also very conveniently located to explore the island. Nearby there are wonderful beaches, Manrique’s house is just minutes away and Haria and the surroundings are so authentic. Everybody at la Casa de los Naranjos is professional and very welcoming. Big special thanks to the owner Josè Antonio and his staff for making our stays so special!
