However, this clubmed has very few service staff, and the lack of staff brings a bad experience. There was a power outage in the room in the middle of the night and there was no staff. It took a long time for someone to come and fix it. Possibly due to a typhoon during the stay, activities outside the village were canceled and the beach was closed. There are also insufficient service staff in the restaurant, and the GO's expression is indifferent, which is in sharp contrast to the Hoshino Resorts I visited a few months ago. The children are surprised why the GO here has a straight face. They have also encountered a GO with a straight face when ordering drinks at the lobby bar. Food is average. Recommendation: One advantage of booking Clubmed through Ctrip is that many issues can be communicated by Ctrip customer service.
