"We came across this gem of a hotel when I was planning a trip to the Franciacorta region. We were traveling with my daughter, so we booked the Family Room. The staff were very helpful from the start of our visit. They advised us which winery to visit and even called to make sure they were available. We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant the first night and then drove to the town of Iseo for gelato. We were so pleased to see such a vibrant town on the water. We also spent time at the infinity pool enjoying the view. As an American/Dutch family, we were pleased to see almost exclusively Italians. After the following weekend in Como, we decided that Iseo is more our style, with tons of sports to do and a fabulous hike straight up the hill across from the lake. We loved our weekend there."

"Good location, close to lake, train station, big supermarket. Friendly staff. Good room and bathroom size, AC worked well. Good window view: whether lake or mountains :). Slightly outdated repair, weak sound insulation (a railway track under the window), small shower cabin comparing to general size of the bathroom. Breakfast had not very extensive options, there were not enough vegetables, fruits - a little, but a lot of pastries and sweets. Selection of cheeses - great indeed. Black coffee - instant and not very good quality, but they can prepare cappuccino - it was good. We expected a bit better quality breakfast and newer room reparation for 140 euros per night.."

"Quite simply an exceptional hotel. On arrival the young lady on reception was extremely welcoming and assisted us personally to our room. We had booked a room with lake view with terrace and this was definitely not a disappointment. The room itself was very clean, and perfectly appointed, eco-friendly to include such items as vegetable soap and vegan toiletries. Every aspect was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for one night as a stop over for an early flight from Orio Al Serio Airport Bergamo (40 minutes away). We will defiantly be returning for a longer stay to take full advantage of this haven of tranquility."

"During this summer, I had a wedding in Iseo. Me and all my guests ( 60 people ) stayed at Iseolago hotel. I had many good feedbacks, and they gave us all the help we could get during this week we stayed there. Professional staff, helpful and caring. I could not give this hotel anything negative ! The walk to the city is about 15 minutes.. and you need that after eating som much good food and drinking so much fine Franciacorta wine. Very close the hotel you find green areas closing to the lake.. so if you want you can go for a swim also in the lake itselfes."

"Had a lovely stay. We were pleasantly surprised as did not expect the hotel to be so good for the price. Large bedroom and we had a Juliet balcony with views over lake. The train line is just behind the hotel, heard a couple of trains in the morning but had a good nights sleep so did not disturb us. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Couple of minor points that would make it better. Extra self in bathroom for toiletries and hand cream and conditioner in the welcome pack."

"Wonderful views set high up in the hillside. Staff friendly on the main desk and very helpful. The pool is great and lovely terrace. Rooms large and clean and comfy beds. Only let down was the service in the resteraunt and lack of choices in the evening menu. A little music and friendlier feel would help with the resteraunt. Overall very good and views to never forget."

"Welcoming Italian charm, especially for our baby. Beautiful park-like grounds which made the hotel feel like a resort, interesting orginal art collection, easy to spend a lot of time here. We stayed for 6 nights with our baby and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly (including phoning toy stores for us to return a baby toy that didn't work, ordering delivery pizza for us when our sleep-deprived baby jet lag time table had us hungry at unusual times). The rooms were small by North American standards, but very clean and well furnished. It was a pleasure to stay there, great hospitality. "
