People are very nice, the look of the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. Overall great experience. I have come here twice and neither of the times have i been dissapointed. Great hotel

Guy at the front desk was very dry with us. Didn’t explain any of the amenities, didn’t tell us time of breakfast or any of the typical stuff front desk people help you with. We just looked everything up online. He basically just check us in and didn’t even tell us our room number. Just handed us our card. I will say this hotel is nice and couldn’t get over how cleaned it smelled. House keeping did come a little later on in the day (around 4pm). Ma Eva was the sweetest, took good care of us during breakfast and made sure we were all good. Breakfast was really good. Some good choices and amazing selections. Thank you Alvaro for the amazing food. I will say breakfast is a bit over priced ($17) but it is all you can eat.

I’m completely disgusted and distraught. It’s 2:00 AM and I need to be up in four hours for work. I had to relocate rooms due to a massive cockroach running around my room. It is the length of my pinky finger. The hotel advertises itself as an industrial motif when in fact it is just a motel. When I called to inform the MOD of my uninvited guest, he’d didn’t seem alarmed in the slightest. I went downstairs to get new keys for my new room. I inquired that he didn’t seem surprised and this must happen often. He replied “there’s nothing we can do about it”. This place shouldn’t be allowed to have a bar or restaurant in it without getting rid of the cockroaches. It shouldn’t be allowed to carry the Hilton brand name either. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and this is the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at.

Eva and Judi are amazing and go overboard to make everyone feel special!!! Amazing ladies. The food was fresh and the presentation was clean and very good. I will be back soon. It’s exactly the type of establishment I will frequent often especially since I’m here almost every week.

Aitana was great with great customer service. Miguel made a wonderful dish the seared trout with pinnacle fried rice OMG I will be back and looking for these two. Location was great close to everything. Easy check in , no too much nose at all

Great breakfast buffet and Judi was extremely kind and took care of all of us. Clean restaurant and great atmosphere all around. Dinner service was quite slow and did not get a lot of attention for a group of 5, but breakfast service was top notch.
