"The place is nice. Easy to find. No hidden charges. The staff don't know how to say no. 🫡 They will cater to your needs. The pool is cold. I hope they will make it warm especially at night. Some features might need maintenance. Like the CRs. Overall, it was a really good place to stay before we went to the hot springs nearby."

"The staff at Antonio's were so professional , accomodating and hospitable that some staff from five star hotels abroad should work there for a month to learn from them . The man and women at reception were so polite and respectful words cant describe. Even the security guy would help when reversing the car onto traffic. It's a 24 hour front desk with breakfast included in the room service. Free parking. Rooms were great"

"The hotel isn't brand new, but it's clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is spotless, and everything you need is provided, including pool towels. Yes, there's a canal or river nearby with a bit of a smell, but you couldn't smell it in the rooms or by the pool at all. It didn't bother us or cause any issues. The breakfasts are superb, highly recommend them – a great selection and everything is delicious. We also tried the buffet lunch and dinner, priced at 400 and 500 pesos respectively. It's Filipino cuisine and very tasty; we really enjoyed it. The hotel has its own parking, which came in handy as we rented a car. We also went for a foot massage at the spa, highly recommended at 600 pesos per hour. The staff are friendly and helped with everything. There's a free airport transfer service, just make sure to book in advance. Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this hotel. It's a decent place with good service."

"I was glad there’s a unit available when I initially checked. It was last minute on a holiday. I am grateful for the front desk as we had to arrive super late (at dawn) and she was still accommodating even though I had to wake her up from sleep. Thank you ate! The location was a bit far from the downtown area, and deep in the heart of a subd (I think). We were driving our vehicle so it’s okay for us though. There’s a couple of downside that I have experienced though. :( The unit I booked was completely different from what they gave us. I booked for two beds, one for me and my hubby and the other’s for my daughter. Unfortunately, they gave us the unit with two bunk beds. :( I asked for a refund for the difference and they have yet to process it. It was a big dealbreaker :( The bathroom’s not that good too. There was no heater and no complementary inclusions such as toiletries. I think the rate’s just a bit too high for the mediocre, if not lesser, service they offer."
