I think overall the hotel fullfill my expectation because i want more concern about the hotel price. Overall the price meets the service. Just the air-con got sounds due to too old already but still acceptable for me. If you are looking for quality hotel for sure is its is not la. Haha

Price is cheaper than others. Location far from town. Staff counter very noisy

Clean hotel with all the basic necessity for a one night stay. Affordable price. There's a restaurant around the hotel. Highly recommended for a short stay.

The front desk staff needs proper training especially the day staff.i found them rather rude and unprofessional when handling guests..they definitely require TRAINING. Overall,its value for money and room was spacious,clean and well eqiuped.

Overall it was ok. Just no hot water in the morning and the fan was too fast and couldn't adjust the speed.

Just good enough for a nite stay. Besides the hotel has a pub, a bit noisy at nite

Just okay for short stay. Not very clean as we found cockroach in the toilet. Location is okay, near restaurant and mall.

Lack of parking. The location is considered good but not too easy to access public transportation.

It was a basic hotel as to be expected for the price we paid. We stayed one night as needed for our visit to Ipoh. The bedsheets and covers can be cleaner and the solar panel hot water was not warm enough.

Suitable only for 1 night stay. Cannot expect much from such budget hotel. The room wasn't too dirty and not very comfortable actually. Air-cond noisy after few hours.

the room without window is really a no no...very small for 3 persons to move around. Staff front desk is unfriendly
