Good place

The apartment is huge and very convenient. Within all the dining and shopping area. Lots of parking and the upper level is very quiet. The apartment is clean with check in was easy.

The location is good, nearby to the eateries and easy accessible. There is also ample food parking inside and outside the place. Contactless check in and checkout as well. The only thing is there is some humid smell in the house, after open the window and get some fresh air, it’s good.

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

The house is big for 10 persons. Anyway overall cleanness is poor. Upstairs master room water heater can not be used, only let us know after checked in. The spa jacuzzi also not allowed to use. Very poor. Some bath room do not have shampoo and bath gel. Water pressure is very low also when other bathroom was occupied. I experienced no water during bathing. Very bad. Not recommended.

central location, and easy to move around.

Perfectly located homestay in the middle of Ipoh. Apartment is located on 20th floor for my stay. View towards the south, very nice. It has 2 bedrooms, both with connecting toilets. Living room and open kitchen is in a large space. Large enough for another queen bed that is placed beside the living room windows. Do whatsapp the provided homestay number for instructions on an easy self check-in. Can also ask for early check-in if required. Clean bath towels, hair dryer, hand/body soap and wifi provided.

The location is convenient, it is easy to find food, the room is also very clean, but the bathroom has a strange smell from time to time, so the bathroom door is closed for a long time.
