This lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre of Ioannina city. It is a stone throw away from the lake in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent 4 nights here and will definitely return.

Ταξίδεψα στα Ιωάννινα για ένα συνέδριο και έμεινα στο Λιθεια για 4 μέρες. Η διαμονή μου ήταν υπέροχη από κάθε άποψη! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικά βολική τοποθεσία, τα δωμάτια είναι πανέμορφα και φροντισμένα, το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει πάντα με γνήσιο ενδιαφέρον. Η Ελενα ήταν αξιαγάπητη και φρόντισε ειλικρινά κάθε μου ανάγκη ή επιθυμία. Με βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαζόμουν πάντα με χαμόγελο και θετική διάθεση! Το πρωινό στην γλυκύτατη αυλή ετοιμαζόταν ακριβώς όπως το ήθελα! Τέλος, να προσθέσω ότι το κρεβάτι (στρώμα, μαξιλάρια), μπάνιο αλλά και βοηθητική επίπλωση αποθήκευσης κτλ ήταν από τα καλύτερα που έχω συναντήσει σε ξενοδοχεία. Θα επιδιώξω να επιστρέψω στο Λιθεια για διακοπές και μεγαλύτερο διάστημα διαμονής γιατί πραγματικά πέρασα αξέχαστα! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

We had a lovely stay in Lithia. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All our needs were well catered for. Nice toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities and good air con. The location is excellent and close to the waterfront but in a quiet street. Parking close by for only 4 euro per day. Do have the excellent breakfast. Professional and very well run business. Thank you for your good work.

Everything about the place made you most welcome. Very convenient location so close to the beautiful lake, and, best of all, really excellent breakfasts. They can't do enough for everyone! Lots of helpful hints about where to eat and what to do. Kettle and hairdryer in room plus English news on TV.

This is a fantastic place to stay - great location, clean, large room with sitting area. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was excellent.

Πολύ ωραίο boutique hotel,καινούριο με εξυπηρετικό και φιλόξενο προσωπικό. Ωραίο πρωινό, όμορφα, καλόγουστα διακοσμημένα δωμάτια . Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων. Πας σχεδόν παντού με τα πόδια. Στα θετικά το μπουκάλι νερού που έβαζαν καθημερινά και η δυνατότητα να φτιάξεις νές.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Ioannina, Greece. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome that made us feel right at home. The place is beautiful and perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. The owner was incredibly attentive and responsive to every need, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent – fresh, tasty, and with a lovely variety. Everything was spotlessly clean and well organized. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ioannina – we would definitely come back!

Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο τρία ζευγάρια 26&27/3 Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ο ορισμός του boutique Πολύ όμορφα δωμάτια με ωραίο μπάνιο πολύ ωραίο πρωινό και ευγενικό προσωπικό! Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα! Η θέση του δε είναι εκπληκτική έχοντας πρόσβαση εύκολα σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε!
