Guten Tag, mehrfach haben wir das stinkende Badezimmer/Zimmer reklamiert. Uns wurde jedesmal Abhilfe versprochen, leider passierte nichts. Auch die Unsauberkeit ist sichtbar. Im Flur war seit unserer Ankunft nicht sauber gemacht worden. Auch baten wir unser Zimmer täglich zu reinigen, sehr oberflächlich. Der Service/Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption ist sehr dezent, oder besser nicht vorhanden. Schade.

Der Wellnessbereich war immer noch (seit November 2024) wegen einer angeblichen technischen Störung geschlossen. Sehr ärgerlich, da wir nach einem Tag im Schnee in dem Hotel in der Sauna regenerieren wollten. Eine Zimmerreinigung fand in den vier Tagen nicht statt, obwohl wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Die Zimmer sind auch tatsächlich für zwei Personen mit Hund zu klein.

Ruhige Lage, dichte Vorhänge ermöglichen gute Abdunkelung des Zimmers, erholsamer Schlaf. Ideal für einen Zwischenstopp aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, der Service, insbesondere am Empfang war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker sowie auch abwechslungsreich

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden! Leider war bei uns der Wellnessbereich aus technischen Gründen geschlossen, wir bekamen als Wiedergutmachung einen Gutschein für die Therme und durften zu jeder Zeit in den Wellnessbereich ins Schwesternhotel.
