The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and patient. The hotel has free parking spaces. There is a shopping mall opposite. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is very convenient to have a washing machine, dryer and a small kitchen! The overall feeling is pretty good👍

The room is big, with two 90cm single beds, which are too narrow. I don't know how the locals with big bodies sleep there. It really feels old-fashioned

1. Extremely poor service attitude: The hotel was already closed when we arrived at 19:00, and no one answered the doorbell after ringing it for a long time. In the morning, I talked to the front desk staff about parking, and their attitude was very indifferent. 2. Room facilities: Thick dust accumulates in many places in the room, such as the microwave oven, hair dryer, etc. The shower cap in the bathroom was actually packed in a box, but it had been taken apart and used and there was still water inside. Had a long stay in rooms with cooking. Plenty of space in the rooms. Rooms have pod coffee , air-conditioning for heating, quiet and friendly staff. Well positioned with off street parking, movie theatre over the road and easy walking to some good eating places and bars. NZ TV, well a bit of a waste of time but there is internet access.

From check in to check out I found the experience good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed itself was a bit hard and resembled a place that needs an upgrade, however my sleep was not terrible. Noise from neighbouring restaurants was a little annoying.

Hotel location was excellent an handy to everything in the CBD.
Room was nice except a bit small.
TV was limited in programmes and remote was hopeless and no instructions.
Neither electric blanket worked
Air ventilation system has vents in the bedroom was noisy 24/7 - hard trying to sleep
