Chiang Mai Hotels with Wi-Fi

As far as location, this is in the best location in old city. Next to many restaurants, shopping, wat chedi luang temple, cafes, and massages. The property itself is super clean and the service is top notch. The only drawback is the pool is very very cold. It would be nice if there was a heated pool fin chiang mai just for winter months.

it’s very noisy as the room faces back end of a night club (warm up) which goes on forever, i think the balcony doors are not really zealed well against such a location at all.  while everything else was great, from yummy breakfast to air purifier automatically on once we enter the room, and the staffs were great

pretty chill setup and specious villa and breakfast was quite well served. perhaps catering more to chinese traveller, could reduce some chinese element in some of the decoration or use of appliances

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

Perfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it. Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !

Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai truly exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional experience that left us in awe. The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors. As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it. One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. Despite being told that breakfast was included, we were abruptly stopped while getting food and informed otherwise. Throughout the rest of our stay, we felt closely monitored whenever we visited the coffee corner, which created a sense of unease. On a more positive note, the location was excellent, and the remainder of our stay was satisfactory.

Excellent hotel highly recommend, the staff was friendly, location was perfect super close to both the Saturday and Sunday night market. Room was clean and spacious. All amenities needed was provided only hair conditioner isn’t. TV had an extensive options and channels. Elevator is available in the premises. The only con I would find was the fridge wasn’t cold and the breakfast area had to go up a flight of stairs from a separate entrance outside the main entrance.

This is a good budget hotel with the location approximately 10-15 minute walk to the old town. There are some bbq restaurants in the vicinity and a few decent coffee places not far. Outside of the hotel you can hire an electric bike or normal bicycle as part of the city wide scheme. I loved the fact the hotel had a 24 hour drink area where you could get hot water , tea, juice, water and coffee. They also have a range of drinks to purchase. The pool is a decent size but just felt a bit dirty when I used it with drinks bottles surrounding it and fallen leaves that hadn't been cleaned, which I know probably can't be helped. The room itself was a decent size with a hard bed. We were on the ground floor so had no view (other than of a wall) and I had nowhere to dry my swimming clothes. Had I stayed in a room with a balcony my experience may have been different. We couldn't get the safe to work and the receptionist did come and check it and said the battery was low and they would sort the following day but no-one did. The layout of the bathroom means that everything gets wet easily. Our drain was blocked in the shower on the first day but then the cleaner sorted during the clean of the room. I found staff to be friendly. I wasn't expecting the 300 baht deposit for the keycard upon check in (which is cash only). You also only get one keycard per room. I generally don't have cash but seemingly had some change in my wallet. If you're after a quiet budget hotel for a few days then I think this is potentially a good fit for you.

The highlight of this hotel is the location which is just in front the night market and very easy to get around to find food and massage. The lobby is well decorated but nothing much on the room. The pool is quite deep 2.6m so not so friendly for family. But on breakfast they had very good selection. Overall an enjoyable stay with family.
