"Hotel room was huge and spacious. The front desks and staff were all really friendly and helpful (whenever we needed to borrow an umbrella or requested for more water) The buffet spread was great too. One minor thing was that the pillows provided were too low/soft - but that’s to each their own. Proximity wise, very close to One Nimman (just opposite the street) and MAYA shopping centre"

"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as all staff were super accommodating and quick to help out when needed. Aun, “Ann” in particular was really helpful checking in. The bed was quite comfy and the mini bar fridge being stocked up daily is really nice. The pool was exquisite and well worth taking a dip daily. The shower pressure was good, but a bit narrow so watch out for wet floors, especially stepping down from the bathtub. All in all, a wonderful experience, and will happily book here again the next time I’m in Chiang Mai"

"Arrived on a Friday and left on Monday. We stayed here because of its close location to Sunday night market. Very convenient location. Like others have said, there is a school right next door so can be quite loud during the day. I was woken up Monday morning at 8am because of talking heard nearby. Maybe it was from the school? The breakfast is okay. Nothing amazing, nothing bad. I couldn't seem to find any Western tea like English breakfast or earl grey in the whole hotel. Pillows and bed were comfortable. AC worked almost too well 😆 bathtub was wide and deep. One downside was the sink had a very high rim. I could barely wash my face. Husband and I are both shorties so others may not have any trouble."

"Very clean and modern hotel just beside central festival. The transport between hotel and central is complimentary, making it easier for travellers. My kid loves the big moose plushie that is in the room and we decided to purchase a smaller version for her remembrance of this wonderful hotel. Definitely will stay again when we next come to Chiang Mai."

It’s within walking distance to Nimmanhaemin Road, where there are countless cafés, restaurants, and shops, yet it’s tucked just enough away from the busiest part to feel a bit calmer. Getting to and from the airport was very convenient, taking only about 20 minutes by car. For me, this balance between accessibility and comfort was one of the highlights of my stay, as it made exploring the city so much easier without feeling too far from the action. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious enough, with comfortable bedding, good air conditioning, and all the essentials I needed, including a fridge, toiletries, and reliable Wi-Fi. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay, and I always came back to a neat, refreshed room. I also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool, which had a lovely view and felt like a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center, while not very large, had just enough equipment for a quick workout, which I appreciated. The staff at Travelodge Nimman were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the overall service left a good impression on me. Also, while the amenities like the pool and gym are nice, they are on the smaller side, so they might feel limited if you’re expecting something more extensive. Overall, I would say Travelodge Nimman is a solid choice for anyone wanting a modern, comfortable stay in a great location in Chiang Mai. It isn’t perfect, but the positives definitely outweighed the negatives for me. The combination of good service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. I would happily consider staying here again on my next visit, especially if I could secure a quieter room with a nice view."

"The room felt brand new, almost too new, as there was a strong lingering smell of fresh paint and new furniture which made breathing a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom door was faulty, and I nearly got trapped inside, but my friend called the staff who promptly came to fix it. Getting the Wi-Fi to work was also quite a hassle. I didn't have a sound sleep. However, everything else was very good."
