Chiang Mai Hotels with Bars

it’s very noisy as the room faces back end of a night club (warm up) which goes on forever, i think the balcony doors are not really zealed well against such a location at all.  while everything else was great, from yummy breakfast to air purifier automatically on once we enter the room, and the staffs were great

Despite being told that breakfast was included, we were abruptly stopped while getting food and informed otherwise. Throughout the rest of our stay, we felt closely monitored whenever we visited the coffee corner, which created a sense of unease. On a more positive note, the location was excellent, and the remainder of our stay was satisfactory.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and the experience was excellent, all the staff were friendly and service was excellent. So our journey in Chiang Mai was both comfortable and smooth. We hope to see you again next time, thanks Anyin！

This time I stayed in a two-bedroom swimming pool room. It has a sense of space and a large swimming pool. The garden setting design of the room is very good and has a resort atmosphere. I appreciate it very much. There is also a hot spring and the hotel staff are attentive. Except for breakfast In addition, afternoon tea and Mini Bar are provided every day, but the breakfast is a bit average, but the food in the ORB cafe next to it is of good quality.

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

Conveniently located in Kalare night bazaar. Friendly Staff. Room was adequately decorated, clean and comfy bed. breakfast was very ordinary with limited food choice. However recommended

I'll highly recommend for the hotel. convenient location, in front of night braza. Lots of happening at night. Hotel provide perfect service. Love it. Will definitely come back if I go chiangmai.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and sun bathing facility. It’s not too closed to everything else in the trendy district nor old town but still nice.

Excellent place away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city. Very close walking to the Maya mall and great restaurants there like vegan buffet choices for take out on lower level or Dukes for a great hamburger on 4th floor! Hotel Pool was a great and rare addition for this city. I will be back. Tower rooms are more modern.
