Chiang Mai Hotels with Airport Shuttle

The hotel is under the flight path, there may be some noice which is understandable, so do Ninmann area. The pool is quite big but not much sheltered area for lying. Room is OK but not much options for TV. Better with a car for easy access.

Perfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it. Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We booked the Loft suite 2 bed room, which was very spacious. We booked this hotel because of the nice bed ratings and we slept very well on the comfy bed. The airco had a harder time getting the entire room cooler after being off during the day. The layout was a bit weird for us. Downstairs was the king bed, but no tv and upstairs were 2 single beds with a tv. We slept in the king bed and our son slept upstairs in a single bed, which means we couldn't watch tv in the evening. A couch would also have been nice as the chairs weren't very comfy to sit on. Breakfast was made to order and we could choose from continental or asian options. We liked the food and our stay in general.

The highlight of this hotel is the location which is just in front the night market and very easy to get around to find food and massage. The lobby is well decorated but nothing much on the room. The pool is quite deep 2.6m so not so friendly for family. But on breakfast they had very good selection. Overall an enjoyable stay with family.

location is good near Giza. will recommend to friends and stay here when coming back to tokyo.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. First time in Chiang Mai and chose to stay at this hotel due to the good reviews. The rooms are big and spacious, with a huge bathroom and complimentary bottles of water every day. Far away from the main area so quiet, but did mean that we had to take a Grab for most of the places we want to go as it’s about a 15 min walk just to the start of the old town through a residential area with not much else going on. Great Khao Soi restaurant 10 mins away from the hotel though with a Big C supermarket next door.

I and my wife stayed at Sannot Riverside Boutique Hotel in Jan 2025 for 23 nights. All of hotel staffs were very friendly and most of them could speak fluent Chinese, some also spoke English. A complimentary breakfast was provided daily with slight variations. The hotel is not located in the city center but by the riverside, surrounded by trees, offering fresh air and minimal airplane noise. There was a massage shop just in front of the hotel, which we frequently visited after making reservations. Additionally, a nearby seafood restaurant along the river served excellent meals & drinks, and we also enjoyed delightful dinners at the restaurant of Cross Chiang Mai Riverside Hotel which is just next door. To get to the city, we could conveniently book a Bolt ride for under 100 Baht. Mr. Zhang, the boss of hotel, mentioned that our 23-night stay is the longest new record among the guests had stayed at this hotel. One evening, he invited us to a wonderful dinner and served us excellent foods, drinks as well as nice Chinese tea. Since we stayed in January, the temperature dropped at night exceptionally, making the room slightly chilly. Upon mentioning this, Mr. Zhang went out went out immediately to purchase two small heaters, which are not commonly found in Thailand, and then installed them in our room. One minor improvement would be increasing the water pressure in the shower. However, daily room cleaning, garden maintenance excellently, and pest control were well taken care of, keeping the surroundings pleasant. If given the chance, we would love to return. Thank you for the warm and kind hospitality during our stay.

We had an executive suite on the eighth floor with breathtaking views. The room is large and clean, in soothing colors with stunning lighting of your choice. Large bathroom with jacuzzi, large sink, good water pressure in the shower. Great 4 star hotel, beautiful wooden decor and statues. Variety of tasty breakfasts, good coffee. The pool and gym are open from 6 am to 9 pm. 30 minutes walk to the old town. Definitely recommend this hotel.
