"Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities and environment are truly exceptional – very clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that the outdoor pool felt a bit too simple. The breakfast buffet is huge with an incredible variety of dishes. I stayed two days and still couldn't try everything! The Hainan specialty Hou'an noodles were delicious, and so were the Jianbing Guozi (savory crepes). Dinner was also excellent. The Hainan yellow beef was very fresh and the quality was good. The Zao Po Cu (vinegar soup) and spicy soup were appetizing and tasty. There was also a live band performing 🎤. It would have been even more perfect if cocktails 🍹 were available. The Wenchang chicken was very fresh. Service was consistently great. The hotel offers many adult activities, but you definitely need to book them in advance, as it's very difficult to get a spot by booking on the same day. I had a wonderful trip. The hotel had a full itinerary of activities, and the scenery was beautiful. Special thanks to our butler, Mile, for their thoughtful service, including preparing fruit and a small cake. The activity arrangements and bookings were very reliable. 👍"

"The hotel environment is excellent, with an overall Southeast Asian garden style. It's well-maintained, and the balcony is very spacious. Our room was right downstairs to the beach, and the sand was incredibly fine – perfect for relaxing. You could also listen to music and watch the sea at the bar in the evening. Our hotel butler, Ella, provided fantastic service. She explained all the dining, entertainment, and activities as soon as we arrived, and her service was very attentive."

"The service here deserves full marks! Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic. Our butler, Coco, was very responsive to all our questions and proactively offered help. The room was spacious and clean, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—which made for a fantastic night's sleep. "Much happy to stay at Hilton Winning for third time. Facilities and service pretty good as same as before especially excellent experience provided from front desk Kate. She arranged nice room for us, RM#9999, i like this lucky number! Welcome fruits also good, the oranges very sweet, the amazing thing is she arranged the same fruits for my the other normal room. She is professional because she treats the guests equally and not the difference of room types. Also as the repeat guest, the feelings she gave us more like friends, this made me feel a sense of belongling. One suggestion that breakfast should be better and richer, more fresh food and less premade dishes. juice…biscuit(got wet and went soft)…Last looking forward the forth time stay..."

"Our family of three booked a triple room at the Le Méridien Shimei Bay Wanning and stayed for three days. The overall experience was excellent, five-star review! The hotel environment is beautiful, boasting the turquoise sea and white sands of Shimei Bay. The grounds are lush with tropical vegetation, creating a vibrant, tropical atmosphere. Strolling through it is both comfortable and pleasant. The triple room was spacious and well-laid out, perfectly accommodating our family of three without feeling cramped. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained, making for a pleasant and reassuring stay. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, with a gentle and polite demeanor. They responded promptly to all our requests, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, all delicious. Dining with a sea view added to the feeling of bliss. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning strolls and evening walks by the sea. Overall, it offers great value for money. "I spotted this hotel on Ctrip's rankings, drawn in by its incredible value for money. I booked it without a second thought, and my stay truly exceeded expectations. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful; it's a tranquil villa complex featuring a central swimming pool surrounded by lush, dense coconut groves. They offered convenient shuttle service for both arrival and departure, and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Guests can rent bikes or scooters directly from the front desk, which is not only fantastic value but also super convenient for exploring Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay. I even accidentally lost the key to our rented scooter, but they handled the situation smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! "I went to Hainan with my friends and booked a hotel. My friend stayed in the Haiya Big Bed. You can see the sea and lighthouse from the balcony. It was so beautiful that I couldn’t help myself and took a photo on the balcony. It was so beautiful that it surpassed the photo. Sure enough, you get what you pay for😭The garden view cannot see the sea. There are cruise ships out to sea right in front of the hotel. You must go out to sea, it’s super cool. There are really many swimming pools in the hotel. There is an infinity swimming pool, which is very photogenic. You can take photos of the lighthouse. It is beautiful to take pictures of. You must go to take photos and check in during the day. The lighthouse is dark at night and cannot be seen. We had breakfast at the hotel the next morning. There were really many types of breakfast. There are also Western and Chinese food. Salad cakes are available. I like the freshly cooked noodles very much, it suits my taste very much. Later, we went to the lighthouse to check in. After all, it was the filming location of her missing photo. Taking photos is also very impressive. The hotel is not far from the lighthouse, and it takes more than ten minutes to get there by taxi. It's very comfortable to rent a car and enjoy the scenery slowly. On the way, we stopped by the Shenzhou Peninsula. I love hh photos so much. The wind is really strong over there, so be sure to fix your hair to take photos📷 I also saw my hotel opposite the lighthouse, it was so beautiful. Next time you come, you must stay in a room with a view of the sea😭 The view is really beautiful! The hotel service is really good. My room is not far from the lobby. The waiter also drove me to help me with my luggage. There are also staff changing hotel supplies every day. It’s really thoughtful💗 I even brought some specialties when I went back, they were really delicious😋 I’ll come back next time💃"

"The attitude is great! The hotel is new, but there is no peculiar smell. The hotel is in the city, so it is very convenient to order takeout. It is very convenient to take a ride to Riyue Bay and Shenzhou Peninsula. There is nothing to eat on the island, so I live in the city.
