"During the skiing trip in Hakuba, although I didn't drive myself and the transportation was a little inconvenient (the shuttle bus with fewer flights sometimes couldn't fully meet the needs), the hotel's front desk service made me feel extremely warm and thoughtful. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to several front desk staff for their enthusiastic assistance and professional service. This was my first time to go skiing in Hakuba. I was unfamiliar with the local environment and did not have a car. In addition, I had to send my luggage back to the airport, so I encountered many challenges during the process. First of all, I would like to express my special thanks to an older male waiter who was kind and polite. He helped me with the delivery service. The process was very careful and made me feel at ease. Secondly, thanks to a short, slightly fat but smiling male waiter. After learning that I had been waiting in the lobby for two hours because the shuttle bus did not arrive on time, he tried his best to help me call a taxi to the ski resort. Although he was unsuccessful in the end, he understood my persistence and was always willing to help. When I got back to the hotel, as time was tight, he took the initiative to ask his supervisor and quickly helped arrange a hotel car to take me to the station so that I could catch the bus and JR train to Tokyo. At the same time, he also helped me pick up my stored luggage and assisted in moving it. He was more anxious than I was throughout the whole process, which deeply touched me. I am deeply sorry that I was unable to express my gratitude or give a tip in person as I was in a hurry at the time. Also, I would like to commend a young waitress. Although she was inexperienced, she was still careful and responsible, and tried her best to solve my problem, which made me feel her dedication and professionalism. During this trip, the sincerity and enthusiasm of these service staff provided me with great help. Even when faced with emergencies, they always put themselves in the guests' shoes and demonstrated an excellent service attitude. Next time I visit Hakuba, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again because their service makes me feel at home. Thanks again! "A wonderful stay here. Refreshed and modern. We had the family room with two futons which was pretty spacious. The only downside was that the basin was located inside the bathroom, making it inconvenient for others to use it. The location was brilliant as it was only walking distance to Echoland with plenty of dining options. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good range though if some of the dishes could be different each day that would be even better. One thing to note that is that the car park is unsheltered. We stayed for the ski season in January and on one night there was heavy snow, so the next morning we had to spend some time shovelling the snow around our car before we could drive it out. I suspect this is pretty typical in Hakuba though. Overall we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this for a family ski trip."

"This hotel has unbeatable snow scenery and great service. Although Hakuba is inconvenient for transportation, the hotel has free shuttle buses to various distribution points in Hakuba. You still need to take the bus to the two nearby ski resorts, but we were lucky that day and met a free car with the word Sera printed on it to take us to Tsugaike. I don't understand what the mechanism is. The hotel has free popcorn, wine, sake, apple juice, red bean soup, milk, coffee, oden, curry rice, ice cream, etc., which can basically meet all the needs of a short stay. The best thing is the floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby, which are very photogenic and very friendly for families with children who love to play in the snow. They can watch over their children indoors with the heater on. The comments all said that the dinner was average, so I booked the hotel's car to go to Roujiang, a super delicious barbecue restaurant, highly recommended, but reservations must be made in advance."

"The price of the snow season is quite expensive. The big bed room is 5000+, and the Gaza hair bed is more than 300. This hotel is marked with four stars, but the Google search is marked with Samsung. Not run by locals in Japan, the sanitary environment is really average, the big bathing venue is sticky, there are floating hair in the pool, and the towels are thrown everywhere. The carpet used in the room, but the vacuum is not thorough, and the dust allergy has to wear a mask, and the purifier can be comfortable. Breakfast is all European, there is no Japanese soup or the like, cold food. I wanted to use a dryer, but as soon as I entered the socks, the dryer was full of black hair. The pick-up day was also promised 15 minutes, but I waited for 30 minutes. I called again and said that there were other things on the road. Not recommended, if you want to come to Baima, it is recommended to book other hotels."

"Transportation is divided into Hakuba Ski Resort Transportation and Hotel Transportation Hotel Transportation: Go: We took the ski resort bus from Tokyo for 6 hours and got off at the Happo Bus Terminal. We took an Uber for the whole morning but no one took the order. Finally, we took the bus to the hotel through the station. NO.4 H3 bus, you can ask the staff for details. The hotel is a stop where the Hakuba Village shuttle bus normally passes, and there is basically one bus every 1 hour. Return: The hotel provides 2 buses to Happo Terminal/Hakuba Station in the morning and afternoon every day. You need to make an appointment in advance. Ski Resort Transportation: Go to Happo/Iwatake/Muchi/Goryu. There are ski resort shuttle buses that run every 1 hour to and from the door. To go to other ski resorts, you have to go to the terminal and transfer for 800 yen (such as Cortina). If there is heavy snow, the shuttle bus is very unpunctual. We also missed the hotel shuttle bus due to the transfer, and it was very difficult to call Uber, so everyone should reserve time."

"Lovely place, it is very clean, super warm, the staff are very friendly and the buffet is very good. I would recommend dinner more than breakfast as they have more options then. BEWARE: While the rooms are advertised as “mountain view” and while you can see the mountain from the rooms, it is DEFINITELY NOT the same images that are advertised online. The photo below is the view from our window, and while it is cloudy, there’s a massive building and half a roof blocking our view. This means that not every room is mountain view, so book carefully."

It takes about 15 minutes to walk one kilometer through the fields, which is very convenient (it seems that you can also contact the front desk to have someone pick you up). The hotel's dinner is a buffet, with all-you-can-eat sashimi and sushi, and you can enjoy the snow-capped mountain scenery from the restaurant window. Hotel guests can soak in the open-air hot spring for free. The open-air hot spring faces the snow-capped mountains. The experience is very good. There is ice water in the refrigerator in the room, which is not very considerate. The hotel has a sense of history and has many works of art. It is definitely a treasure hotel in Hakuba Village. There are several scheduled shuttle buses every day at the hotel entrance to the surrounding scenic spots, and it is also very close to Ode Park. I will stay here again next time I come to Baima Village!"
