Very good hotel, very nice staff, the staff named Jiang Jiang (I think her name is spelled like this 蒋蒋) took very good care of us during the check-in and check-out process. Great location, I can walk to the shopping street in 2 minutes. Next time I will definitely come back to stay here!!

They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time. As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up. When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

It’s conveniently located next to Huangxing Street, only 5-10min walk away. The location is also central to almost all of the famous streets. Very good 5star hotel , rooms are big.

On arrival the room I was provided with had a very strong smell of smoke. I couldn’t get used to the smell so I asked the lady at reception if there were any other alternative rooms and she very quickly let me move to another room which was much better so I really appreciated this. The cleanliness of the room could have been better but overall I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the view was fantastic.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated just minutes from exit 8 with direct underground access to the metro station. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a vibrant array of shops, eateries, and restaurants, offering plenty of options right at your doorstep. I stayed for two nights and appreciated the unique setup of the lobby, located on the 7th floor. The front desk staff 叶子 were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. My room was impressively spacious, featuring stunning city views that added to the overall ambiance. A thoughtful touch was the toilet bowl's washing features; however, the absence of AI assistance in the room was a slight drawback. Breakfast was satisfactory, providing an acceptable start to the day

The room is pretty with nice views, but the 2 beds are definitely too small to accommodate 3 people. Perhaps the hotel should use bigger beds or open up a triple room for odd numbered families like mine. I clearly mentioned to this handsome front desk staff during check in that I have 3 pax. He was friendly and all, but alas the room only had items to cater for 2pax. I called the front desk and this same guy attended my call to get the items for the 3rd pax. He even called again after the delivery and reassured me that he had reminded the housekeeping that the room is stayed by 3pax. Guess what? The next day when we returned from a whole day of travelling, we came back to the room with missing items again. There were 3 towels so we just let it slide and decided not to call the front desk as it was our last night anyway... Also, what kind of upscale hotel does not/is unable to provide customers with the help they need through online methods?? Other than trip.com chat, there was literally no way for me to reach the hotel. They don't even have a local number that I can borrow to book attraction tickets! What a shame! And when I asked about this at the front counter, it seems like the message was ”you're on your own”. Definitely not a good feeling for a family who was visiting the country for the first time!! And I really expected better from an upscale hotel like this. Lastly, I believe that the hotel is located too far away from the main attractions, hence the surroundings are rather deserted. We always leave the hotel by DiDi anyway so it wasn't a deal breaker for us. It didn't seem like there were food places nearby that were open at night, so you might need MeiTuan if you're staying in (but good luck if you have no local number!!). This is also how you can get a quiet location + nice views + a reasonable price. Worth it for the luxury experience if you're a party of 2.

Extremely friendly reception with quick customer service. They've got no problem with temporarily keeping and receiving parcels on my behalf as well so that's a major plus. Not to mention that laundry services are free and they're very prompt in delivering your laundry!!

rooms on the 17th floor offered a great view of the surrounding area. Convenient to go to changshanan station Breakfast menu was great with a lot of options for vegetarian.s

Best Hotel Experience Ever – Highly Recommended! I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at Niccolon Hotel! A huge thank you to Richard Gao, the best manager, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration unforgettable. I reached out to him for help with room decorations, and not only did he assist with the romantic setup, but he also arranged a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor, with an incredible riverside view on the 90th floor. The room was absolutely stunning, and my partner was over the moon! The breakfast experience was exceptional as well, located on the 93rd floor with breathtaking views. The whole stay made us feel like VIP guests, with the staff’s attention to every detail. I highly recommend Niccolon Hotel to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion with their partner, friends, or family. It truly stands out as the best hotel in Changsha, and it’s conveniently close to shopping malls. A big thank you again to Richard Gao and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Also, the beautiful rose gift was such a lovely touch! I can’t wait to visit again – this is truly the best hotel in Changsha!

I had an incredibly pleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was the amazing staff especially (雨鸽）. She provided remarkable and meticulous service. What truly impressed me was how they personalized the experience for each guest. On a morning when we didn’t make it down for breakfast, she actually reached out and offered to bring food up to our room. That level of attention and care is rare and deeply appreciated. From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and made us feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay that combines professionalism with genuine hospitality.
