This is our fourth stay here. As it's been six years I was a bit dubious about returning after reading negative reviews: worn carpet, uncomfortable beds,musty smells. As I have Hilton Rewards I thought perhaps we should switch to Hampton Inn down the road. I'm sure glad we didn't! We got our favorite room 221 (in a corner, spacious and quiet) and totally disagree with negative comments. Our bed was comfy, carpets looked fine, everything sparkling clean. The grounds are lovely and room felt cozy. Why would I trade this for vinyl flooring and minimal decor? I continue to recommend this hotel for visiting anywhere in Lancaster County. We stayed for a week and it felt like our home away from home.

This Best Western was a wonderful surprise! It could get away with calling itself a resort. The pool/jacuzzi is housed in a separate building just outside the front door. It’s a large heated pool that goes to 5ft deep. There is a very nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit there as well. A basketball court and a cornhole game are also in this area. Sitting by the fire and hearing the clip clop of buggies go by was awesome. This hotel is right in the middle of Intercourse. You can easily walk to shops. They do serve a breakfast here. The breakfast area was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’m not a fan of hotel breakfasts (especially when you have so many incredible Amish offerings around you!) so for me to say the breakfast was great is a stretch. My kids would have loved it though! Especially since you can make waffles. We stayed in a King Suite room. Yes, the furniture is dated. However the place is cleaner than rooms I’ve paid double the price for!! The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we spent way too much extra time lying around. We will absolutely come back for another mini vacay.

We flew to PA for a 5 day antiques and cooler weather get away. We arrived at Best Western after a long day of flying and driving to such a sweet and welcoming face at the front desk. (Which seems to be a rarity in our travels lately). We were equally impressed with the quality of our king suite room and the comfort of the bed. The complimentary breakfast had a nice choice of foods and the Mennonite or Amish lady that was in charge greeted everyone no matter how busy she was cleaning up and replenishing the food. We checked out to continue our exploring, but after staying the next night in another hotel we decided that the accommodations and pleasant staff were worth going back so we drove back and were once again greeted like old family friends and stayed there as our base for two more days. They also had an indoor pool, basketball area, corn hole, and a nice fire fit. Wonderful hotel!

A Monday night stay. What we liked: 1. Easy access. 2. Plenty of free parking. 3. Extremely pleasant and helpful lobby staff. I hope I got the name right: Maria. 4. Spotless, spacious room. 5. Quiet hallways. 6. Big bench seat over the tub in the accessible bathroom. My amputee husband appreciated it. 7. Walking distance to historic area. Lots of shopping for tourists. 8. Espresso drinks in the lobby. What we didn't like: - Shockingly, our room (332) had a sheer curtain on the window and that's it. Nothing to keep out the sunlight for late morning sleepers. Heck, the sun was out by 7 am--you have no choice but to get up. Faux drapes are to the right and left of the window strictly as decor--there is no rod to pull them across the window. WHOSE CRAZY IDEA WAS THIS? Would we return? Yes. But only if they give us light blocking drapes.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was our second time here. Everything was great. Large room, comfortable bed, good breakfast except for the weak coffee, friendly staff, nice pool and fitness room, very clean. Great location near Kitchen Kettle Village. We love this area, and this has been our favorite of all the places we've stayed in this area.

We stayed 2 nights at the Best Western Plus in Intercourse. Pa. Everyone and everything from the moment we walked in the door was delightful! Every person at the front desk, no matter what the time, was super friendly and helpful. Special note to Joeley (spelling), who was extremely helpful. There is not one single thing that could have been better. Well, maybe the dinner at their restaurant. But, bypass that and it’s a fantastic stay.

As always, this is our favorite hotel to stay in when visiting the area. We love the staff, the location (close to Kitchen Kettle Village, Barry's Car Barn and other wonderful places to visit). My family and I love the continental breakfast as it is sufficient enough for our needs. We have stayed at this property for close to 10 years and will continue to do so. The only criticism I had from this recent trip, is the carpets in the stairway and some hallways are beginning to look quite worn. We also find the pool water less clean (hair) this time than in the past. Although, these will not keep us from coming back to the property, I wanted to let management know what was noticed from a family who has thoroughly enjoyed their property for close to a decade.

The room was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was great and they proactively understood and helped when it was needed.
