Arrived late around 10pm went to check in never was recognized as an elite member at all. Got our keys one key didn’t work. Got into the room and the room type was wrong was supposed to have a pull out couch went and asked the lady said she was sorry for the confusion and mishap and there was nothing she could do and offered a roll up bed was very uncomfortable. ( forgot to bring sheets with them and I called that day to make sure our room was ready and it had the pull out) she said manager would call no one has since stay or followed up. We have stay here more times then I can count. The family service they had is not there anymore in our opinion and we are looking at stay somewhere else now

The beds have been replaced and the new metal frames with a hard mattress on top did not lead to a good nights sleep. Everything else was just great but a good bed means a lot.

Comfy beds and pillows, very friendly attentive staff, quiet hotel, good options at breakfast, large pool and love that there’s a hot tub. We enjoyed sitting outside at breakfast and watching the Amish buggies go by. There’s a Latte Luv coffee shop right across the road that we enjoyed going to for the best coffee in Lancaster.

We’ve been here before and will be back. Clean rooms nice spot to sit outside our room. Friendly helpful staff thru out the entire stay. Good breakfast, hot and good. Wide variety of choices. And laundry facilities.can’t wIt to go back

What I appreciate the most about this hotel is the consistency. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and fresh and I always get a good nights sleep because the hotel is very quiet. It’s a very relaxing experience.

This Best Western was a wonderful surprise! It could get away with calling itself a resort. The pool/jacuzzi is housed in a separate building just outside the front door. It’s a large heated pool that goes to 5ft deep. There is a very nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit there as well. A basketball court and a cornhole game are also in this area. Sitting by the fire and hearing the clip clop of buggies go by was awesome. This hotel is right in the middle of Intercourse. You can easily walk to shops. They do serve a breakfast here. The breakfast area was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’m not a fan of hotel breakfasts (especially when you have so many incredible Amish offerings around you!) so for me to say the breakfast was great is a stretch. My kids would have loved it though! Especially since you can make waffles. We stayed in a King Suite room. Yes, the furniture is dated. However the place is cleaner than rooms I’ve paid double the price for!! The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we spent way too much extra time lying around. We will absolutely come back for another mini vacay.

We flew to PA for a 5 day antiques and cooler weather get away. We arrived at Best Western after a long day of flying and driving to such a sweet and welcoming face at the front desk. (Which seems to be a rarity in our travels lately). We were equally impressed with the quality of our king suite room and the comfort of the bed. The complimentary breakfast had a nice choice of foods and the Mennonite or Amish lady that was in charge greeted everyone no matter how busy she was cleaning up and replenishing the food. We checked out to continue our exploring, but after staying the next night in another hotel we decided that the accommodations and pleasant staff were worth going back so we drove back and were once again greeted like old family friends and stayed there as our base for two more days. They also had an indoor pool, basketball area, corn hole, and a nice fire fit. Wonderful hotel!

Clean comfortable well-acquitted room with plenty of room to relax and convenient amenities. Breakfast was in the restaurant and was fantastic. Full breakfast with fresh food, great coffee and best fresh local yogurt. Staff was friendly and anxious to help.
