Very warm welcome by Caroline, lovely touch homemade cakes in our room. The best pillows we have ever experienced in a hotel or B&B, and very comfy beds. Perfect breakfast prepared by Colin, the apple and cinnamon pastries were delicious. Just sorry we weren't staying longer, but better for the waistline that we weren't. A perfect place to stay, thank you.

Perfect place to stay, the room was really comfortable with a lovely comfy bed and nice en-suite with powerful shower. Caroline and Colin are lovely hosts, welcoming, friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious (just ate too much), and the added bonus of afternoon tea. Great location, only a short walk down to the beach, restaurant and pubs and other walks along the old railway lines and coastal paths.

Just a short walk off the South West Coast Path this B&B will not disappoint. It felt like home from home, so much so i didn’t want to leave. Fabulous large room with smart furniture. Lovely view over the church. En-suite with bath and shower. Really homely welcome and charming service. Breakfast was more than usual for a B&B with several choices and courses. Quiet location enabled a good night sleep. Stay here and you’ll wish you lived here!

Beautiful b&b set in idyllic spot with a side view of the sea from our bay window. Amazing sunsets at night! Collin and Caroline are amazing hosts and the room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast superlative!! Huge attention given to my milk intolerance which was so appreciated. Highly recommend and would score 15/10 if I could!!

Fabulous Caroline and Colin were very friendly and welcoming hosts. They are passionate about the B&B and nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money as well. Super clean room and public areas. Breakfast was superb. Our table was loaded with juices, home made granola, fresh fruit, yoghurt, freshly baked pastries in addition to the personalised choice of hot dishes. This hearty breakfast would leave no-one hungry. The room was spotless with luxury bed and bedding. Tea, coffee and plenty of fresh milk were available in the room. Decaf and a choice of non-dairy milk was readily provided on request. In addition, fresh home made cake appeared every afternoon in the room. We also made use of their packed lunch offer (Extra cost) and this was perfect for a long day out and about. I highly recommend Instow Barton and will be returning as soon as I can.
