Friendly and helpful staff, heater are warm enough, free public transportation card, complimentary coffee and tea , pleasant stay

The hotel is at a good location though it is not at the city center but at least you can get a parking lot. Currently the Tourism Board is offering a transportation pass for those that stay at least 2 nights. With that pass, you can take the bus and trams easily to visit places of interest.

The room is neither big nor small, and it is in the bare-walled style. The countertop in the bathroom is very large, and the shower water is a bit hot and cold. It may be beautiful facing the snow-capped mountains in winter. It takes some time to walk to the old town.

You can see the snow-capped mountains outside the window, with convenient parking and transportation.

However, the hot water broke one night and the facilities are not very good. The picture shows the appearance of the hotel, restaurant, and breakfast. The company team building team randomly found a hotel within the budget, with no success.

A hotel that will make people want to stay in the future. When we check in, we will be given free city transportation coupons and free consumption coupons for the hotel coffee bar. Although it is not much, it is enough for you to enjoy afternoon tea at the hotel coffee bar. The room space is very comfortable, with a water bar, microwave, etc.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped. You can see the Alps outside the window. The waiter is very friendly. The breakfast and the on-site restaurant are good. There are plenty of parking spaces, including two parking lots in the front and back of the ground and the second underground parking lot, and there are also charging parking spaces. I just saw a comment saying that if you stay for more than 2 nights, you will get an Innsbruck Card, but I didn't enjoy it because I paid for it.

Very new, complete facilities, and very good service attitude, highly recommended!
