Perfect holiday get away for family and friends. Staff are so accomodating esp the manager on duty, who gave us another 2 hrs after 12nn check out time. This is 100% recommended for tourist. Breakfast is superb. Good service in all aspects All staff were very polite and accomodating. We had a very memorable stay at this hotel.

This hotel should be rated as 2 star than 4. Very loud and noisy due to house keeping workers before 8 am to 6 pm. Having quiet time is impossible. The breakfast is very limited, may only suitable for vegetarians. Many guests are group tourists.

Manager Thao guided us very carefully and took great care of us until the last check-out, so it was a pleasant trip. We made a reservation for a family of 3, and the room type was upgraded to a quadruple family room. We rode a bike around Old Town for 2 nights. You can also rent a bike at the hotel.

The friendliness, cleanliness, location, breakfast, and cost-effectiveness are the best. It is about 2km from the old town, so I used it. It is rather quiet and good for resting. I recommend you get the foot massage at the end. Tao and Vu, the managers at the reception, are very kind.

I am satisfied with the facilities for the price of the hotel. The staff is also very friendly, and I used the 60-minute massage event for free, and I am very satisfied. Since the check-out is at 12 o'clock, I used Grab after breakfast to experience the coconut boat, cleaned up at the accommodation, and checked out. The breakfast was also delicious. It was a short stay because it was a place I stayed in the middle of my trip to Da Nang, but I would like to visit again if I have another chance.

My daughter and I decided to travel abroad to Da Nang, Vietnam for the purpose of field experience learning, and my daughter chose the accommodations through the accommodation app. The hotel pool is beautiful and the breakfast is not bad. The staff were all friendly, and after the final check-out, they kept my luggage, and when I asked to find an ATM, a male staff member drove me there on a motorbike and brought me to the waiting area in the hotel lobby. This is good for a 4-star hotel.

The boss is nice, the hygiene is good, the room is spacious enough, the suitcase can be enlarged, there are food nearby, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the auntie cleans every day. It feels like home

The location is about 20 minutes' walk from the ancient town of Hoi An. It's very convenient. The staff are also very nice and polite. The buffet breakfast is average and satisfactory. It was advertised that if you book a hotel for 3 nights, you can get free transportation to the airport, but it didn't happen. They said my order should be divided into 2 sheets. , 2 nights plus 1 night does not count as 3 nights (because one night was upgraded from a family 3-person room to a family 4-person room), it said that one reservation must be for 3 nights (***), does it count as a continuous stay if I upgrade? 3 nights? It's a much better place than I thought. A family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, and now we're going to Da Nang to spend 3 more days. We had a great time. All the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious~ I didn't meet a single Korean while I was here; They were all Spanish, Australian, Chinese, etc..ㅎ Thanks to you, the kids are going to listen to English a little bit~!!
