The hotel has a country mixed with a modern feel which reflects the local landscape. I like that the function hall seems big enough to fit our company's event. The regular room size that we checked in is spacious, and the toilet is very clean. However, they didn't provide a kettle so we couldn't drink coffee inside. Unlike other hotels having a kettle is standard. Swimming pools are rather small though, not so clean I guess especially the kids pool. But I love the fact they have a life guard on duty to watch over the swimmers. Resting areas around the pool are also limited. Food at the restaurant seems decent, but the ac eating area is limited, some need to eat outside. Overall, even with its limitations I enjoyed my stay because the room we stayed in is very clean, and the service people are quite friendly

Staff were a little hard to talk to but everything else was perfect and I can't wait to spend the night there with my partner again. The buffet breakfast was great as well, lots of choices. The hotel room was my favorite, felt like paradise with how comfy and relaxing it was.

It's a village style beautiful resort, room is generally clean, but the drainage system isn't very ideal, toilet bowl gets clogged easily. Otherwise totally enjoyed the stay

Unfortunately, two (2) incidents took place which made our stay unpleasant and need to transfer hotel. My wife had the opportunity to speak to Leni, manager. You wouldn't want for me to share our experience with TripAdvisor.

Top notch service from shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, cleanliness of the room, the beautiful landscaped yards , great customer service from the front desk, and amazing food and attentive wait staff. Kitchen of ‘The Village ‘ Restaurant was very accommodating and conscientious of our daughter’s food allergies. We stayed at Nature’s Village for 40 days and everyday their service never wavered. It was consistent and excellent. We were able to take a textile tour and walk around the grounds. You can also take a tour of their sustainable garden that supplies produce to their kitchen. Water pressure was excellent with the shower, the room we stayed in was spacious and we only experienced 1 blackout but the generator kicked in right away. I know that can be an issue in other area Hotels in the Philippines. Highly recommend Nature’s Village Resort! Beautiful, sustainable, affordable and strategically located where you are close enough to Bacolod but not in the hustle and bustle of the city.
