One adult and one 12 year old child paying 26 US dollars per night with breakfast and lunch is pretty good. I got the upgrade for free with balcony. The wifi was not strong. The tv has no hdmi connection. The bathroom is old and needs updating. The breakfast was good but I did not try the lunch or dinner.

Very low value for money. The WiFi is broken and the noise is huge. You can hear people talking in the rooms above and below you. The traffic noise and bird noise from the street are also huge. The paper towels in the room smell like mold.

The only thing is the location, in the ancient city. But the hygiene is very poor, and the entire corridor and rooms are filled with the smell of oil smoke because of the hotel below. Not recommended at all!

The room was average and the hygiene was not very good. The service was great, and all our questions and requests were answered immediately. The breakfast buffet was very good and delicious.

The location is close to the center, the Temple of the Tooth, supermarkets, banks, and the bus terminal, making it easy to sightsee. Please note that the shower room was dirty and you had to wait quite a while for hot water to come out.

Convenient to travel and good service

It is very convenient. I hope that the economy of Sri Lanka will recover soon and the life of the residents will resume as soon as possible. We are in the last wave of Lanka.

Nice environment, convenient transportation

It was a welcome oasis of calm in the middle of Krazy Kandy. On arrival we were early for checkin - the front desk staff went out of their way to settle us with a complimentary welcome drink and our room was made ready efficiently. The room was clean and well appointed and we enjoyed our stay there.

bad smell when doors are open especially in passage, 🪳 cockroach roaming around in washroom as well bedroom.Just a night we spend sorry 😞 Not happy

Sorry to say I'm totally disappointed this is my first experience with hotel.Washroom and bed room everywhere can see cockroaches. There is some bad smell in the passage it's like it's from the kitchen .When we open the door we can feel . Sorry never expected

Stay right in city center. Good rooms. Fantastic staff and service. Hotel needs to improve on exhaust in restaurant kitchen, as the baking smell enters rooms and passage area, which irritates when you stay more than a day.

Bad experience with this hotel. Hotel staff was rude and bad behaviour. Property charged for 2 meals (dinner and breakfast) but didn't provide dinner. made dinner from leftovers from morning breakfast. No toiletries was provided. was charged separately for basic toiletries.

It was below average experience, wifi was not working! they did care, even after complaining multiple times. Sink was clogged! damaged wooden of twin bed. They also had old tv which is not justified for the price we paid
