We had even to the Innsbruck hotel 3 years ago when major works were being carried out at the hotel .After recently going back to the hotel I have found it has become better .Our room was perfect breakfast was perfect and the staff very helpful nothing was to much for them .The bar teams were very good and would always serve bar snacks.The reception team were brilliant.They gave us advice ro the places we might like to visit.I will be recommending to all my friends and family .Summery. Very high quality at an affordable price

The concierge guy was most courteous when we arrived very early in the morning to Munich, felt welcomed. He pointed us to what we can do and showed us a nice restroom so we can freshen up. The room size is good, well designed. Decor highlights German Alpine traditions in a graceful manner. Feeling relaxed when you enter the hotel. The breakfast offers good and plentiful choices. Especially liked their use of tea leaves instead of tea bags.

Great hotel! Well located to walk along the river into the Old Town. Standard rooms not huge but very well presented and looks like everything was new. Cosy reception area and bar. The staff were super friendly and when we checked in gave us a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar and when we got to our room we found little Milka chocolates had been left on the pillow which was a really nice touch. Breakfast was also good – variety of things both hot and cold on offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Location: The hotel is located in the old town of Innsbruck, a 15-minute walk from the railway station and a 5-minute walk from the Golden Roof, which is very convenient. Facilities: The hotel is very mini, the store is small, the elevator is small, the room is small, but it is clean, the room does not have a hot pot, you need to ask the front desk, breakfast is ok, bread, ham, fruit, drinks and salmon.

Room and bathroom were clean and with soaps available. Bed: Double single bed to get a king size, average comfort. Pillows: Available only soft pillows, not comfortable. Bathroom: Clean with a very good shower. Slippers: Not provided Bathrobe: Not provided Soaps/Cosmetics: Provided Hairdryer: Not provided Unpleasant smells: I did not smell any. Soundproofing: Average WIFI: Free of charge in the room as well in the hotel. Connection speed was slow and quite stable. I did not have any problem to connect all my devices. TV: Large flat TV with also international channels Air conditioning/heating system: Did not understand how air conditioning was working, temperature was not 100% comfortable. Wardrobe: Open, enough for 2-3 days trip. Mini-bar: not available. Key/Card: Key card working well, no problem opening the door and even to keep it same pockets of mobile FACILITIES OF MY INTEREST Parking: Hotel does provide this service but I did not use it. Shuttle to Airport service: Hotel does not provide this service. Gym/SPA: Not present. BREAKFAST: from 6:30 to 9:30 am, not a wide range of products but all is necessary for a basic breakfast was present and quality was fine. I would rate 7/10 for a 3 stars hotel. If you ride a motorcycle you must book here. They may not have secure parking but what they do have is motorcycle positive staff. We turned up late due to the weather and they still accommodated us at midnight even though they close the reception at 7pm. On our return visit we had motorcycle issues and the reception staff went absolutely above and beyond to help keep us on the road. The food is excellent and the staff are amazing. They use a night entrance system to gain entry after hours and this is perfect for access once checked in. Bikers, you will kick yourself if you don’t use this place. Biker friendly is an understatement.

It is a hotel with a very good location next to the train station. There are many convenience stores inside the train station. I traveled to visit the festive Christmas market within walking distance. And likewise, the city is not big when staying at this hotel. You can take a walking tour to see the Innes River. and pastel-colored buildings conveniently Including various tourist attractions, it is easy to walk. Plus, the view from the bedroom of the snow-capped mountains is very beautiful. The staff were very nice, good service, most impressive.

We stayed there two nights and it was great value for its price. In a quaint part of Innsbruck, Pradl Elf fully immersed us in the heart of the city, only a short walk away from restaurants, the Olympic Park, and (a bit further of a walk) the old city. The room we got was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Though we didn't use it, the little kitchenette provided was quite nice and could have been used. The bathroom was good. It is clear that the hotel is not always staffed: before our arrival (which we said via a form would be at 3pm), they sent us emailed instructions for how to get in the event that no staff was there. The instructions were simple to follow and straightforward, but as an American it was a bit odd to not see any staff present. But, the whole time, we felt secure so it was fine. The parking will cost 8 euros a day but is convenient, located about a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

I stayed here for 3 nights, reception is only staffed between 3 and 7, I arrived by train at 12 so I left my luggage in the station lockers for 3hrs. I would say this was quite a basic hotel, it had a TV but no fridge, tea making facilities, safe or hairdryer. The breakfast was ok, bread rolls, croissants, meat, cheese, boiled egg, cereals, coffee, fruit juices. My pillow was very soft so I requested a second pillow via the booking app which they duly obliged the next day. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train/bus station and also to the old town, however it is on a busy street, the traffic noise was not an issue but the groups of people talking loudly on the street at 3am was. This happened on 2 of the 3 nights I stayed.

We arrived by train..and walked from the station to our gem of a hotel!! The location was in a perfect spot to explore the lovely town of Innsbruck. The golden roof was steps away-yet our hotel was happily not on the main square. The hotel itself has lovely outdoor dining, a busy bar area and lovely restaurant. Our room #45 was extremely spacious and had a large and comfortable bathroom and lots of hanging and storage space. The breakfasts were some of the best we had on our trip. The lovely Monica managed the hotel and the breakfast areas with such efficiency…we were in awe of her energy and lively spirit!! Thanks again to the friendly and hardworking staff. ..our lovely room( with a balcony) and the amazing breakfasts.
