The location is good. The room is nice. But the receptionist that checked me in was not at all friendly. She didn’t give me the complimentary water. When I asked another receptionist the next day, she apologized and gave me the water. After I checked out, I saw a charge for the “complimentary” water. That is unprofessional and wrong. If they do not want to give complimentary water, they should just tell me when I was there. Do not charge guest’s credit card without their consent. Disappointed. Do not recommend. Hilton should use this feedback to improve their staffs.

So accommodating! Perfect for staying with my family. Separate bedroom and separate living room is amazing for staying up once the kiddo goes to bed. Kind staff, great experience!

This is my go-to place to stay in Baton Rouge, whether I am in town for business or to see my Tiger. Near the mall, quiet and safe. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and hot coffee... It's the little things that matter.

I always stay at Home2 on Seigen Ln when I visit Baton Rouge. The GM and the staff (especially Ms Kelly) are amazing. The hotel is always clean and peaceful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room has a smell to it, but thank God we travel with Frebreeze and Lysol. There was excessive stumping and walking over our heads and finally, on the day of exit, one of the cleaning people tried to walk in our room at 9:00AM, Checkout is at 11:00AM, hello!!!
The Good rating was based off of the staff and overall cleanliness of the property.

It was great up until the ac really wasn’t working all night burning up set on 67 room temperature was 80 never cooled down
