We'll be forever grateful to the TownePlace Suites staff, including Angela, JD, Alyssa, & Zane for listening and helping us enjoy our stay. The hot tub is phenomenal and the only one in town. Thank you to management for having a hot tub since your patrons are searching for this amenity. No doubt TownePlace Suites is the best stay in town!"
Wild Goose Inn
Quality Inn University Lansing
"Experience was terrible because of bed bugs. I have several bites. I left in the middle of the night after finding the bug/ showing the desk clerk the picture and where I had smashed it. I saw a second bug one and told the clerk about it as well. I was provided an email but was told they would have to do an investigation before determining a resolution despite me providing a photo and the dead bug."
