Hotels with Infinity Pools in Ipoh

"Everything about this hotel was great. The atmosphere was noble and elegant, and the restaurant food was delicious. The sky pool was a major highlight! We booked a deluxe room with a jacuzzi, which our child absolutely loved. The only minor drawback was that the executive lounge only offered a small selection of snacks and coffee, with no sodas or juices. This wasn't very kid-friendly for families. The executive lounge could definitely be improved. We would still love to come back and stay again if we get the chance."

"The Condominium is a bit hidden as it's located behind Impiana Hotel Ipoh. The road to enter the Condominium is not really visible while driving. The Condominium is newly built, so unit is considered new. The parking is temporarily free until further notice. So far, quite a good stay. The only thing to comment is that, there are quite a lot of Phereoeca uterella at the ceiling inside the unit and also at the corridor. Perhaps, a more thoroughly housekeeping is need. Facilities are okay but I noticed the people who stayed in other units didn't follow the rules when using swimming pool. Not wearing proper swim attire, no shower before entering the pool, causing the water in the pool to become dirty and oily. It's truly disgusting. Hope the management and security guard can be more strict on this issue."

"Generally a good place for stay - good location, new, clean and there’s a convenient store bila-bila mart downstairs. Downside - there’s only one washroom in a unit (separated toilet and shower area). One minor but important suggestion is to have a place to hang the towel and clothes inside the shower area."

"Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out."

"The rooms was awesome. Can see The Lost World of Tambun from the balcony. The cooking utensils is provided but no cooking allowed. The Hot Spring pool is great and kids enjoy it. Location is central to go to most places within 15 to 20 mins drive. McDonald’s and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are nearby. Overall we really enjoy it...."

"The location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere. You have to pick up the keys from a mailbox, and they send you the details in advance. There's a living room, TV, and a kitchen with a microwave and fridge, which is great. The water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, but unfortunately, there's a slight odor, which is the only downside."

"A short trip to go back for prayer. Book for families to stay. As we arrive late, we didn’t check the electricity earlier. By the time they back to rest at 9pm+, realised the aircon not working. Have to bear with it since only 1 night"

"Staying in Level 13 with street view. Dual keys units hence its well equipped and clean house. The 2 bedrooms unit come with dining hall, living hall, 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. Big bedrooms and can fit 4 person comfortably. Easy check in with clear instructions given Washing machine is available for long traveller like us. Thank you and pls keep up the good service and nice maintenance of the house."

"Nice, clean and comfy homestay for 4 to 5 family members. Amenities are as described and mostly are new, and working flawlessly.The amenities are new and of above average quality, providing ease for travellers like us especially the hair dryer, washing machine, and filtered water dispenser. I also like the interior design of the homestay that is highly Instagrammable. Easy to check-in and the security is friendly. Two parking spots are provided. The stay is walking distance from hawker center & lots of eateries nearby. In short the stay is highly, convenient, relaxing, comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Our family of four booked a suite, but there were only two pairs of slippers provided. When we asked the front desk, they said all rooms uniformly only come with two pairs, which seems a bit unreasonable. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow, and there was always a long line, indicating that the hotel's management is seriously lacking."
