I would say just book it and forget about it. They will take care of everything. Cant see a better five star hotel than this. Also they celebrated my birthday as well. The cake was totally amazing!!

Nice food and friendly staff Greatest advantage is the beach owned by the hotel, however better to book the spot early morning The only disadvantage is probably that some parts of the building are old and require renovation. Special thanks to Chathuri, Sara and Nayomi

Really great hotel with both wonderful and exceptional staff and excellent food . Immaculately clean and a lovely room facing the ocean with a large balcony facing the sea. Couldn’t fault anything !Great entertainment and even a kite festival when we were there . Wonderful holiday experience .

Очень понравился отдых. Отель чистый, персонал дружелюбный, внимательный, во всем стараются угодить, оперативно решают все проблемы. Говорят на английском. Каждый день утром и вечером была живая музыка в ресторане и на пляже, в конце недели в отель приглашают артистов с разными номерами. Попали на фестиваль воздушных змеев, который проходил в отеле, было интересно посмотреть и можно было участвовать. Кухня очень вкусная и разнообразная. Рыба и морепродукты были каждый день. Фруктов наелись до отвала. В номерах хорошо убираются и меняют полотенца каждый день. Все комнаты с видом на океан. Зашли в тренажерный зал, он небольшой, но позаниматься можно. Пляж огромный, несколько км. Гуляя по пляжу, можно зайти в рестики и недорого поесть свежих морепродуктов. На пляже познакомились с Равинду, без которого наш отдых был бы не таким насыщенным. Он показал нам все местные достопримечательности, провел несколько экскурсий на хорошем русском языке. У него свой тук-тук, на котором мы везде гоняли. Помог купить вкусные фрукты, учитывал все наши запросы. Из русских в отеле были только мы, все остальные- немцы, англичане, французы, арабы и местные. Но мы были не в сезон. В целом отдых был потрясающий. Очень советую этот отель и Равинду!

Great stay and the breakfast was amazing! Such a good selection, both Sri Lankan and western cuisine. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was 10/10. Many thanks to the reception team, housekeeping and the restaurant staff, they were great.

Pandanus beach resort was ons laatste hotel van onze reis, maar tevens ook de beste. Heel lekker eten, mooie kamer, prachtige locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Ik voelde mij gezien in dit hotel. Je liep net het restaurant binnen en Dennwan had je al gezien. Hij zwaaide altijd vrolijk als hij je zag. Ook waren de andere obers heel erg vriendelijk. Als wij ooit nog eens terug gaan naar Sri Lanka, komen wij hier zeker terug.

I had the pleasure of spending a lovely and relaxing fortnight at Pandanus Beach Resort in June. All the staff were welcoming and helpful and made us feel so at home. Wijesiri, who maintained our room, was outstanding. I have not known anyone who took such pride, care and passion in his work. The restaurant staff also deserve special mention: they took such good care of us. Wasantha kept us healthy in the gym and put us through our paces during yoga. We returned home healthy and well rested. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Un hôtel agréable pour y séjourner, le buffet était très bon, même si on aurait préféré avoir un petit indice sur les étiquettes de plat pour les plats épicés, petit bémol également pour la literie qui est assez légère. Attention aux Talk Talk devant l’hôtel qui me menace les autres, vous êtes obligé de prendre ceux devant l’hôtel. Très bonne attention également sur l’hôtel pour les petites statues de serviette qui étaient assez rigolotes ainsi que l’attention pour notre lune de fiançailles, ils nous ont un gâteau qui nous a particulièrement touché.
