Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa

I would say just book it and forget about it. They will take care of everything. Cant see a better five star hotel than this. Also they celebrated my birthday as well. The cake was totally amazing!!

What a lovely hotel, lovely views of the ocean from our room, food was great and plentiful, Ravindu & Mr Kalum could not do enough for us, they set up a table for us on the beach for a romantic meal, Ravindu even made us a special gift using spices, which we will treasure, they always asked if we needed anything, chatted with us, which made our stay at Pandanus beach more welcoming, we have totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return, thankyou Ravindu ❤️

Our stay at Pandanus Hotel in August 2025 can be summed up with just one word … AMAZING! The hotel sits on the beach and all the rooms look out over the ocean. Our room, a deluxe in the main building was huge and very well presented with robe, slippers, toiletries, hair dryer and safe. The food at the hotel was lovely with a varied choice of local and international dishes for both all inclusive and A L Carte. The drinks menu is great with plenty of choice, again for all inclusive and A L Carte guests. There were lots of sun loungers and parasols available both on the beach and around the pool. From the hotel you can walk along the beach and visit a couple of beach bars serving delicious food and cocktails. Entertainment at the hotel is low key with a local band playing background music most evening. Twice a week a disco is held in the Skybar. The Spa at the hotel is worth a visit. There’s a great choice of treatments available. The hotels greatest asset has to be the staff. Without exception they are quite simply THE BEST, always smiling, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Special mention must go to Dileep and Ajith who both went above and beyond providing the highest level of customer service and ensured our holiday was as good and relaxing as it possibly could be. We did a few trips during our stay including … Bentota (by Tuk-Tuk), Galle, Turtle hatchery, Ella, Kandy, Udawalawe and river safari. Would I return to Pandanus Hotel? Definitely. Would I recommend the hotel to friends and family? Already have.

From start to future everything was perfect but few things weren't right in our room. They upgraded us for free and the room was lovely. The view was mesmerising. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially The assistant restaurant Denuwan went above and beyond and made us feel very special We came to celebrate three 50th birthdays , 12 girls , we definitely made some great memories. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back with my family.

The hospitality of Chathuri, Thanushi, Pasindu, Poojani, Denuvan to all the waiting staff, house maintenance staff was amazing! I would definitely come back to this hotel!

What a great hotel. Stayed here for 10 nights room 405. The staff are just amazing very friendly helpful and just want to make your stay the best. Food was unbelievable very tasty, fresh and lots of choices. The pool is spotless and a great place to cool off in the heat. Also used the wellness spa at the hotel, what a great massage and not very expensive. The main town is only 7km away and loads of tuk tuk will take you there. The hotel leads right onto the beach . If you're looking for a relaxing break this is the right hotel for you
