The behaviour of staff is very bad and rude. It looks like only money is what matters to them and not the guest or customer. Not at all helpful and there attitude is not at all appreciate. No ethics. Worst experience with reception staf. I will never recommend this to anyone here after. Staff start arguing with u within 5 mins of enter about check in and also not treat people in a good manner.

If you say something to them then start saying that u guys have done booking from make my trip so discuss with make my trip customer care.
