Hyatt Regency Indianapolis

We had a beautiful time at the Eagles Nest as always. The food is amazing, the views are phenomenal, and the hospitality is so wonderful. Both Mya and Ruby were very kind and accommodating with us. Thank you to these two ladies and to Eagles Nest for a wonderful time.

I was a youth minister with NCYC the rooms were nice and the staff. The elevators was a different story. They were not all working and you had to wait very long times to get on them or off Ruby was a big help and made me feel comfortable she even waited and visited with me when we were waiting to get on the elevator. She went out of her way to get a tea for me in the bar

My experience at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis was one of the best I've had at this location! I have stayed here many times in the past, but this was the best. From an excellent check-in process with Jennifer and Gift (with a room upgrade), to a great breakfast experience assisted by Bryan and Cesar, to several superb meals at the Level One, made special by Lane, this was a very special stay at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis! There will always be small things that could be improved upon, like no ice machine on my floor or only two of the four elevators working, but the overall experience was excellent! Thank you for making this stay special!

Extraordinary service, from the front desk to the Fat Rooster Diner for breakfast each morning. Also the location is ideal if you are attending a conference at the convention center, as we were. An overall great experience.
