We had a beautiful time at the Eagles Nest as always. The food is amazing, the views are phenomenal, and the hospitality is so wonderful. Both Mya and Ruby were very kind and accommodating with us. Thank you to these two ladies and to Eagles Nest for a wonderful time.

We had a group of eleven adult sponsors staying in the Hyatt for NCYC. Called for a last-minute reservation, thinking we were too late and not dressed well enough. When Ruby found out we were sponsoring high schoolers, she got us in when they opened at 5:00 on Saturday night! Nikola was our server, cocktails and food were outstanding, and the entire view and experience made it a meal we will always remember. Thank you Ruby, Nikola, and staff!

Our experience at the hotel has been wonderful, as always. Excellent service from check-in to restaurants. Level One Restaurant has delicious starters. The chicken quesadilla was the best I have ever had. The chicken tasted roasted. The salsa was not too hot. The Korean Fried Cauliflower was quite the treat. The best part of Level One was the service from Liz. She was very helpful and cool. Our room was on the end, far from the elevator. It had everything we needed. We stay downtown Indy a couple weekends each year. We will keep returning to the Hyatt.

Stopped in before a Colts game. Food was sooo good! Cesar was very friendly. Awesome buffet lady that made the waffles! Go Colts!

Very good service, especially at the Level One|The Eagles Nest restaurant at the lobby. The food there is amazing. My daughter asked for a non alcoholic drink and they made a raspberry spritz for her.
