After flight delays and missing luggage, I arrived at the Westin to check in at 3a feeling completely defeated and deflated. When I arrived at the check in desk, two people greeted me and went completely out of their way to cheer me up and welcome me in; Nothile and Lamant. They were so wonderful, even at that crazy hour! They had me laughing and smiling as I went up to my room. I very much appreciate their wonderful personalities and excellent customer service, regardless of the time. Thank you!

Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Cleaning staff does an excellent job. The bar staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Above all else the valet staff was excellent. Even during crazy construction and a packed hotel they were fast efficient and friendly. Bryce, Dominic, Annabelle, Keisha, and Erik were awesome and made every morning and night tolerable with everything going on.

We traveled to Indy for a large high school Catholic conference, our group needed to book 72 rooms for over 200 people, Rebecca and the Westin team were able to help us get into our rooms as quickly as possible. Darren and the valet team were also very helpful in getting our car multiple times a day to drive around our injured members of the party. Thank you, will choose to stay at this Westin again when we come back next time!
