Marriott Indianapolis North

We arrived for the eclipse of the sun. We watched the eclipse on the patio of the hotel. We received a free aperitif, it was nice. Nice location. Delicious restaurant. Thank you for a pleasant vacation.

Came for the eclipse, and was one of the few hotels not gpuging prices that nite. Cllean, quiet, in a nice location. Nice walkway behind the hotel for a morning jog. Wish these hotels would throw in a lite breakfast without buying the restaurant fare.

I would not recommend this place at all. The room we were in had a visible water leak in the ceiling ( pic attached) you can see where they repair it and how it is leaking again and making the paint flake off right on top of you as you sleep. The front desk is completely unresponsive and unprofessional . The worst I had in as far as I remember! I tried calling few times on Saturday morning to order breakfast to the room and no one picked up till we had to leave for a timed event , ended up getting chips from the gift shop for the kids to eat in the car on our way to church. Same for dinner that same night! Called to order room service for the kids and when the food didn’t come 40 minutes later, I called back to check on it. Apparently, the messed up and lost my order but instead of the front desk handling professionally, and let me know that! the employee called and started to take my order all over again and when I questioned that she started making fun of my accent and mocking me! Needless to say, I won’t stay here again even for free!!

It's always great to come back here. It makes us feel like home. Special shout out to Jose night Engineer. He helped me out with some request even it was late already. We'll be back soon. Thank you

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the consistently wonderful experiences I have at the Marriott Indianapolis North. While the beautiful lake views are a definite plus, it's the exceptional individuals on their team who truly make my stays memorable. In particular, I want to commend Terzi Michael, the concierge for the lounge breakfast. She is such a warm and lovely person, always greeting me with a smile each morning. Her attentive service and genuine care truly make me feel welcome and at home. Our morning chats and friendly hugs have become something I greatly value as a frequent traveler. Terzi's kindness has genuinely made my days brighter during my visits. I also want to acknowledge the outstanding front desk team. They are always efficient and respond to any requests in a very timely and professional manner. Matt Dobbins and Nick have been particularly helpful and kind in assisting me during my stays. Finally, I'd like to recognize the hard work and dedication of their housekeeping and engineering teams. Their efforts consistently provide a pleasant and comfortable environment for me to enjoy. I will certainly recommend the Marriott Indianapolis North to any friends visiting the city.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Dee at the front desk my experience was exceptional! Dee was so kind and her smile just lite up my experience!
