This beautiful condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is elevated above the beachside landscaping so you can watch the Atlantic Ocean, rocket launches, sunrises, pelicans, dolphins and more without leaving our ground level condo's interior or balcony. The beach, pool and other amenities are just steps away. My wife and I live nearby in Viera so the condo is very clean and includes everything you will need. It has a large heated pool, secure entry, spa, fitness center, tennis court and underground parking. Conveniently located to other activities besides the ocean. Our place is ideal for a retired couple or remote workers escaping the winter months or anytime to just get away. Check In 12:00 pm (noon), Check-Out 12:00 pm (noon). Max occupancy 4. The condominium has two full time staff members for building maintenance and emergency help should you need it. Activities include beachcombing, bird watching at our world renown Cape Canaveral National Seashore and adjacent Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, boating on the Banana and Indian Rivers, shopping, scenic drives or simply walking on the beach.
