The Ravine by One Selah

Service was good, was not able to have an activity due to typhoon, but we enjoyed our stay inside the cabin.

Ravine by Selah has potential with its tranquil setting, but the experience was compromised by poor cleanliness standards. The loft we stayed in was unkempt, with visible dirt and insects on the floor—clearly indicating that it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained prior to our arrival. For a property marketed as a premium nature retreat, basic hygiene and sanitation should be a non-negotiable. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to cleanliness made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. Immediate improvements in housekeeping and pest control are strongly recommended.

Booking with ravine and trip.com was so easy. We highly recommend ravine if you are near cavite since they are pet friendly and they will make sure that your time with them is valued

They didn’t clean the pool upon arriving, i think they don’t even change water regularly. We didn’t get to experience the rope course, told us that it was open until 11 only after just asking, they didn’t tell it right before the stay. Our stay was until before 12, so we decided to do it before checking out. We we’re so disappointed.

We had a great stay. My parents especially enjoyed the free activities provided, it added a nice touch to their experience. The staff were quick to respond and consistently helpful, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. Although there are quite a lot of stairs, it’s worth noting that there’s an escalator available for seniors and persons with disabilities, which is a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though most of the plates and mugs were made of hard plastic. If you’re mindful about using plastics in the microwave, I’d recommend bringing your own glassware. Cleanliness could use some improvement. I had to message them about it since my parents are quite particular and while they responded, there were still concerns..two of the beds had oil stains and I wasn’t sure if the linens had been replaced. It would’ve also been better if the glass near the pool and the sliding doors had been vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly. Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciated the overall experience and would definitely recommend   to my friends. I just hope they continue to maintain and enhance their cleanliness standards moving forward.
