There were some issues checking in on the self-service kiosk however help was very prompt and arrived quickly. The room also came with a microwave, dishes, and cook ware which is not common. The hotel is also very close to the airport railway.

Stayed second time in this hotel and find very very convenient and clean. The room has all that you need including mugs and plates! The room is quite big and the balcony is very nice with a partial sea view. The only downside is that it’s a little bit far from the station. There’s a convenience store and some cafes and restaurants around. Definitely recommend !

Absolutely loved this unit! It was very clean and equipped with everything you needed for a long or short stay. 15mins away from Incheon International Airport by car. Self check in was extremely convenient.

I stayed at this hotel because I arrived in Incheon very late, and travelling to Seoul takes about 1.5 hours. This hotel is conveniently nearby, though it's not that close to the airport—about 15 minutes by taxi. Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean. I also found hair around the pillow area and the mattress, which was quite off-putting. On the plus side, the self-check-in process was straightforward.

Well appointed room with all the amenities needed for short or long stays. Strong WiFi and good pressure in the shower. Nice little store on the ground floor with all the necessities. Comfortable bed and good AC.

Very convenient stay. Eateries & supermarket were just a few walks away. Recommend for early flights from incheon out to stay a nite here.

Great hotel! Very clean with all necessary amenities, good location, 10 minutes walk to the subway station. The manager and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel is not too bad. Only problem was that the room doesn't get really dark so you have to wake up early and the staff is incrediblely rude. We asked to leave our luggages for a few hours and they say no, or asked to pay a fee which felt very cheap from them.

I think you have some misunderstandings, because we knocked on your door one and a half hours after the check-out time, and you said you forgot the time and checked out immediately, and then you came to store your luggage at 2:30 pm. We asked you to pay the late check-out fee, and then you left without storing your luggage. Of course, storing luggage is free, and we provide free luggage storage services. We are sorry for the misunderstanding.
