We had a great stay at this hotel for four nights! The views were fantastic, and the location was conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to explore the area. The ambiance was also lovely, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We will definitely book again soon!

It was an ok experience. The room was huge and the staff was meh. Im glad i only had to stay for one night, for which it was fine. Its close enough to incheon airport.

The hotel was okay. Lots of Tour people are coming We were not happy that we could smell the smoke… but the front people said it’s out of their control if somebody smokes in the bathroom.. Well , except that… everything was okay

Good location and kindly stuff

In the hotel room I stayed in South Korea, there were obvious and uncomfortable urine stains on the bed quilt, which was a whole piece of urine stain. This seriously violated the basic hygiene standards. Regarding this issue, I reported it to the hotel staff, but did not receive any formal apology or substantive treatment. The perfunctory attitude of the relevant staff to the customer complaint and the dereliction of duty of the hotel management were shocking. Such hygiene management loopholes not only seriously affect the guest experience, but also expose the hotel's major deficiencies in service processes and sense of responsibility. I express my strong dissatisfaction with this and reserve the right to further defend my rights.

The hotel is within walking distance from the metro. It is convenient to get to the airport. There are many other hotels and restaurants around the hotel. There is a small Olive Young and CU. It seemed to me that the "working class" lives here and this is a residential area. Everything in the hotel is relatively clean, but not new. We lived on the 9th floor. You can't hear your neighbors. Heated floors. Large comfortable bed. The air conditioning settings screen is very bright at night, we had to block it with improvised materials. The shower pressure is good, you can wash your hair. There is a hair dryer.

The hotel is very close to the MRT West District Office Station, about a 5-minute walk away. Luggage storage is available and there is an elevator. There are convenience stores and large supermarkets nearby. It's a pity that I didn't find it until the last day, otherwise I could have had a good time shopping. There are also delicious soup rice and udon restaurants nearby. The location and living functions are good👍

Clean, many restaurants downstairs

My brother who lives in Incheon. I came to see him. I stayed at the hotel because of my brother's cat. I'm satisfied. It's at the end of the entertainment district, so it's quiet and soundproof. I think it's a popular hotel with Chinese tourists, with three buses coming in. Anyway, I'd like to stay there again next time. There were some worn-out parts of the chair, but I can overlook that. I'm very satisfied~^^ I took the pictures after waking up ㅋㅋ

In particular, the bathroom was very clean and had no unpleasant odors, making it very comfortable. It was spacious enough for two people!
