J occupe depuis lundi 9/06/la chambre 23 J ai réservé initialement jusqu’au samedi 14 directement auprès de vous après que vous m ayez dit que le trajet jusqu’à Florence était de 12 km et 30 mn ( en fait c est le double)compter une heure de trajet J ai demandé dès mon arrivée de raccourcir mon séjour de un jour sans pénalité. Ce qui m a été refusée J occupe une chambre avec beaucoup de bruits au dessus ,une literie fort inconfortable et qui m est facturé 180€ par nuitée et 200€ euros le dernier jour alors que sur le site elle e a 147€€ Je suis arrivé le lundi sans Qu on m est informé que le restaurant était fermé aucun restaurant ouvert ou dispo autour . on a. Du aller après 5 heure de voiture fatigante depuis Nice a Florence une heure aller une heure retour pour dîner Sous prétexte que mon chien cavalier king Charle 5 kg parfait calme reste dans la chambre les maid refuse de faire la chambre alors qu après explication le staff m avait assuré que ça serait fait le chien est en laisse attaché à une chaise et très calme

Wir waren auf unserer Italien Tour für 3 Übernachtungen hier und wären gerne noch länger geblieben 👍 Die gesamte Anlage bettet sich perfekt in die tolle Toskana Umgebung ein und bietet mit den netten Leuten und dem guten Restaurant ein tolles rundum Wohlfühl Gefühl.

We came for dinner and a night stop over on our way through Italy. The surrounding in the hills south of Firenze is quiet, the site very well run and safe, the trattoria Dal Contadino serves excellent Tuscan food and the own wine which is good. Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot

This place is amazing, with that being said, service needs a big improvement, not sure it it was because it was off season, but we had the hardest time to get anyone to check us in, staff kept walking by and ignoring us, throughout the whole stay I felt like I was bothering the staff that was walking around by just being there, constant bad looks towards us, while we walked around, the “hotel’ itself it amazing, you’ll love it, rooms were great, amazing views, restaurant food was great and breakfast, the service and willingness to help was the only let down for me. Front desk was nice once you got them to stop and notice you, honestly I don’t think I’d stay here again.
