We had a lovely 2 night stay in a deluxe cabin with our 3 year old . There was an on site park but unfortunately the pool and spa hot tub was closed for our stay. There games room was open and had plenty to offer and the community room with free hot drinks. The cabin itself was great with everything you need for self catering. The bed was super comfy. We used both the fire pit for s’mores and the bbq for cooking. Beware of mosquitos - we had to buy spray. Great stay. Would return

Wonderful stay! Loved the coffee and cookies! Cabins were perfect! I would give this a 10 star review but it’s just a little bit far to travel from Jasper and didn’t have any AC for those hot nights!!

Cabin immerse nei boschi del parco di Jasper. Presenti sia cabin indipendenti che appartamenti (su un piano e su due piani). Nel zona centrale piscina e area giochi/break; caffe sempre disponibile insieme a biscotti. Il piccolo supermercato e' veramente piccolo e si esaurisce in fretta, per cui meglio arrivare con la spesa gia' fatta; cenare sul balconcino davanti alla cabin e' veramente bello, immersi nel verde. Il centro di Jasper dista 30 minuti precisi di auto.

We loved our experience at Miette Mountain Cabins. We stayed 2 nights during our family road trip through the Rocky Mountains and into Alberta. Having spent the day hiking in Banff, doing the Columbia Icefield Experience, and driving all the way to Miette, we were exhausted by the time we reached the cabins. However, we were welcomed by the front desk clerk and I was informed that they upgraded us to a larger cabin. What a nice surprise! The reception area has a gift shop/supply store. There's a games room with shuffle board, a pool table, board games, a dart board, and other entertainment as well as a comfy seating area. Also a fantastic bonus was the complimentary fancy coffee maker (for espresso drinks, tea, and hot chocolate) and cookies [we visited often]. Outside was a pool (which we didn't get a chance to use). The log cabin we were in was lovely. It had a high peak with windows for light. Each cabin had a gorgeous hanging basket at the front porch as well as chairs to hang out on. Inside, there was a spacious area for our family to relax in and have meals. Our kids stayed on the sofa bed and my husband and I used the bedroom. Again, very spacious. The kitchen was great. Having done research ahead of time, I knew that the nearest grocery story was 40 minutes away in Jasper so we came prepared with food to cook. We chose Miette over Jasper for a home base because we wanted something out of the city and we knew we wanted to go to the Miette Hot Springs (which are a 15 minute drive up the road from the cabins. All-in-all, we loved our experience and would highly recommend the Miette Mountain Cabins.

I rarely write reviews on TripAdvisor or Google, and when I do, they are usually positive. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share this negative experience so others don’t make the same mistake we did. We stayed 4 nights during our Jasper vacation, and the cabins were nothing like what the website promised. They are shockingly small — two people cannot move around at the same time. If you open the sofa bed, there is literally no space left to walk. The sofa bed itself was soggy and uncomfortable. The utensils provided were old and dirty. There was no AC, and the two table fans provided were noisy and barely functional. At check-in, the front desk person told us rooms are cleaned every other day. Not once did housekeeping come during our stay. When I brought this up, the front desk lady denied ever saying that and accused me of lying. Instead of resolving the issue, she told me that guests have to request cleaning (something never mentioned at check-in). To make things worse, when I asked about garbage removal, she pointed to a dumpster outside and told me to take it out myself. This would be disappointing at budget rates — but we were paying what I would consider Ritz-Carlton prices per night. For that kind of money, you expect at least basic service and honesty. I’m writing this review not out of spite, but as a warning: don’t ruin your vacation like we did by staying here. Jasper is beautiful, and there are far better places to spend your money than this poorly managed property.

tolle kleine Häuser mit 2 Liegestühle und einem Tisch vor der Türe und einen Parkplatz neben dem Haus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Alles da was man so braucht. Im Haupthaus kann man sich durchgehend mit kostenlosen Tee und Kaffee versorgen.
