The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Checked in on 6th and out on 11th Feb... Had a pleasant stay. Large open parking and compound... Wish they could fix the little leakage of water in the bathtub... Will love to come back soon.

Spacious room, cosy bed, fluffiest pillows, Hot water throughout... Great food, kindest waiting at the tables.. I got my broken hand baggage fixed by the engineering team... Amazing folks👍🏽✌🏽 I highly recommend for a cosy stay🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Probably the best stay option in Imphal. Rooms were super clean, the staff was polite, and the breakfast buffet had a surprising variety. It’s got a bit of a business hotel vibe, but the comfort makes up for it. Can be pricy but i think you can get good discounts with agoda, bino, makemytrip.

I’ve stayed in this hotel more than few times. The staff’s are very courteous. It’s a good feel when you are remembered in your next return. Makes it homely and comfortable. My suite was clean and nice. I couldn’t figure out how the tv works but that didn’t bother me so it’s ok

One of the best hotels in Imphal. The rooms are large, and comfortable. The service in Aroma restaurant is very good. The cook Noor took special care to make the food as per our liking. Would specially thank Umason for his hospitality and good service .

Best service and food is outstanding. Staffs are very cordial specially Mr Umason and Dinol very receptive and efficient in rendering services at Aroma restaurant in Classic Grand Hotel . Both are very caring and attentive, as I am coming here since long . I strongly recommend for their carrier to be bright and prosperous in future . Wish them good luck .

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service at Classic Grande Hotel. A special thank you to Mt Atangba and Mr. Surchand from the front office; their professionalism and dedication are invaluable assets to the hotel. However, I did notice the absence of Femina, Princy, and Ovia at Aroma Restaurant, which impacted the overall efficiency of the dining experience. I extend my gratitude to Chanu and the newly joined Pinky for their attentive service and care during our meals. Lastly, I want to commend Romen for his extraordinary hospitality and housekeeping efforts; he truly exemplifies the high standards of this establishment. Thank you for making my stay memorable!

Excellent hotel and service. Special mention for Mr. Umasan for taking personal care during Dinner. Would recommend black rice kheer (available only in Manipur) and mutton Biryani. You will definitely come back for more to savor a taste of Manipur.
