The hotel staff were very friendly and I was very satisfied with the clean, well-equipped room.
The only thing that bothered me was the small size of the TV.
It was about 21 inches, so it bothered me a little.
It felt like a passable business hotel.
For the price, it was inexpensive so I have no complaints.

It's near Imari Station, and I was grateful that they changed my smoking semi-double room to a non-smoking twin room on the day.

室内は普通のビジネスホテルです。フロントスタッフの接客がすごくいいと思います‼︎ネット予約したのですが禁煙部屋しかあいてなかったにも関わらず、到着してみると喫煙部屋が空いてたようで、喫煙場所を聞いたらすぐ、部屋を変えていただきました。部屋にコンセントがいっぱいあるのも良かったです‼︎ホテルの周りには居酒屋さんにガストにマックスバリューコンビニも徒歩圏内で、便利ですよ〜

For the last few days I attempted to complete the reservation through your website, but encountered an issue preventing me from finalizing the booking despite filling in all required details. There are no contact details on hotel's web site, and 'contact us" form doesn't work out either.

2020年11月以来2回目の宿泊です。 車運転できず、公共交通期間のみで伊万里観光するにはこちらのホテルが良いです。 駅から近く、自転車も無料で借りられます。 女性専用フロアに宿泊できました。 一番はじっこの部屋で、インターネットは不安定でした。朝食は無料です。 受付の女性がとても親切でした。

大変満足です!
セミダブルにしたため狭かったですが、それ以外は満足です。
温泉付き、朝食付きでこの価格はとてもお得です。
シャンプー・リンスも良かったですが、ボディソープは香りも質も良く、購入したかったと思いました。
次回、伊万里方面に行くときはまた利用したいです。
