"Myself and Hubby Air Greenland flight was cancelled on 28th August due to bad weather and scheduled to fly on 30th August. Emailed the hotel multiple times but didn’t get a reply. Call hotel directly and spoke to Charles who is helpful to say that my booking is still valid and will put a note to the reservation team moreover in my message me exchange with trip.com it also shows that my booking is still valid. Check in on the 30th August upon arrival but was told by the front desk guy(fair skinned with beard) that it was a no show. He managed to get us a room and said if a junior suite is ok for us instead because we booked and fully paid for an apartment. We accepted the offer and found out later that Room 503 is only a superior room and not a junior suite. Aside from many guests review of bad service from the staffs , being dishonest is bad."

The room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly, and the room had kitchenware so you could cook your own meals. The heating was strong and adjustable. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, but there's a hill."

If you want to sign up for a local one-day tour, you can sign up at Datang, which is very convenient. Overall, this ball has the best scenery and the most beautiful location."

Highlight of my stay was the lady who checked me in. “Mette” was very warm and friendly, and gave me all the information I needed about the area and that made my stay very comfortable."
