"Very nice hotel, good facilities, nice service, near bus station, easy to travel"

"I was contacting you to request a refund because the room was already different from the photos (views), and then they sold me a superior room, an embarrassing room with a bathroom with no privacy. One day they forgot to clean, and upon our notification, they only changed the towels and made the bed without making it at 8:00 PM. The welcome was with two glasses of prosecco on the reception desk. I'm honestly not happy at all; I expected so much more."

"The cost-benefit ratio is good. The sea is beautiful, breakfast is decent, you won't go hungry, and the rooms are adequate for a 4-star hotel. There's no parking; you're directed to a public car park 10 minutes away. There's not even enough space to unload your luggage in front of the hotel. The front desk staff and breakfast team were very good, but the bar staff seemed a bit demotivated to me. Don't sit near the lifeguard; he's on the phone all day, you'll get a headache."

"We returned 3 years after our honeymoon at this truly special hotel, we were due to go elsewhere but cancelled last minute due to the unforgettable experience we had so we just had to come back for this slice of peace and paradise. I cannot praise this hotel enough - everything is truly 5 star class even more so this time around. Thank you for everything you did for us to make our stay unforgettable once again. Every single member of staff (some we remembered) from housekeeping to pool staff, concierge to front desk, waiters, waitresses, absolutely everyone was so polite and helpful - thanks to all of you. A big thank you to guest services for spoiling us with unexpected stunning surprises! Finally a very HUGE thanks to Ramon for looking after us (and dealing with my fussiness on our 1st day!) he said he hoped to make our stay unforgettable and it most definitely was! thanks so much it was a pleasure to come back and be pampered by everybody! "The room is very big and spacious with a great view. The front desk service is very good and considerate. The spa is very comfortable and I met many foreign friends. There is bus line 4 at the door and you can take it directly to the city center for 2 euros. It's great!"
