Adorei resort, estou muita satisfeita. O que mais me deixou feliz foi os funcionários super tranquilos, alegres, cordial, proposto a ajudar. A alimentação ótima , comi demais kkk comida boa, saborosa.
Meu filho ficou encantado falou no meio da piscina HJ É MELHOR DIA DA MINHA VIDA KKKKK a recreação com as crianças muito bom .

O resort é lindo demais. Piscina maravilhosa, área para crianças, animação. A parte da praia é linda tb, tem acarajé, sorvete. Ficamos no quarto frente mar, tudo ok. Achei perigoso para quem está com crianças o fato do quarto ficar em frente ao rio e não tem nenhuma proteção. Atenção redobrada. A comida estava boa, café da manhã muito bom.

Ficamos hospedados no quarto standard do outro lado do lago, não indico. O quarto era bom mas o banheiro precisa de manutenção urgente e os apartamentos ficam bem longe da área comum. O chuveiro era muito ruim, saia pouca água e não tinha opção de controle de temperatura, o lençol de baixo não cobria toda a cama e o secador era péssimo, pedimos um emprestado na recepção que também era ruim, mas menos pior que o do quarto. O café da manhã era ótimo, mas o jantar poderia ser melhor (pegamos meia pensão), apesar de ter opções variadas se não pegávamos o prato logo que fosse servido a comida ao final ficava seca. Os funcionários da limpeza e garçons eram todos muito atenciosos e o serviço excelente, com destaque ao Janderson que foi super gentil e atencioso.

Ficamos hospedados no resort,tivemos uma grata experiência em todos os aspectos, a recreação com tia cigarra e tio scooby é maravilhosa. A comida deixou a desejar no primeiro dia (domingo) sem sal e poucas opções e aos longo dos dias foi melhorando ! Voltaria mais vezes

O melhor do hotel é a recreacao. Os recreadores Cigarra, scub, mel, banana, pudim, borboleta, lacinho, palito , tio bobby, tia coquinho e tia jaboticana sao super atenciosos, e fizeram realmwnte a diferenca na hospedagem. Meu filho amou.
